They are a dud. I kept receiving texts for free shipping and 35% off. When I contacted them I continued to get BOT after BOT. Multiple ppl saying they were human but ended the chat for inactivity. In the middle of the chat. They never honored the free shipping. Would never use them again. They suck
Customer service is non existent. Poor quality printing and words overlapping. I’m still in contact with this company (day #8 in a row) and I’m under the impression that the QA team does not exist. They have been reviewing my order now for a total of 8 days and not sure if I’ll be getting a refund or not it’s radio silence when the word refund is even brought up. An absolute scam. Will never do business with this company again.
LAST YEAR THEY NEVER SENT MY CHRISTMAS CARDS, I INQUIRED UNTIL I WAS TOLD IT WAS CANCELLED(??) AND I WAS REFUNDED.Never a reason .. just they decided to cancel!>>??^&*()_*&. . I BEGGED THEM, SEND THEM LATE, I STILL NEED CARDS. NOPE.. ——-THESE ARE THE PEOPLE I INQUIRED TO.. I STILL HAVE THE EMAILS FROM CUSTOMER CARE SPECIALIST:
1- Norma C. 2- Benjamin E. 3-Ashley LeDo 4-Aldo G.5- Trina K. Yes, this many people and still NO cards. This year (call me stupid.. I needed cards, My sister and daughter just had surgery, my husband has cancer & surgery next week and Hospice was just called in for my mom (I had pictures already downloaded on this site last year.. so I ordered again… Cards came NO ENVELOPES!!! ~UNREAL that this company is alive! I had to send them..so I went out and paid $40 for this size envelopes. I Called and spoke to Karen (realizing SHE was not responsible..just doing her job) but to let her know how incompetent and uncaring this company is! She offered to give me $29. BACK.. not full cost of my envelopes or the pain and travel $ to find that size.
I was very pleased with our daughter’s wedding invitations! The quality of the card stock, gold leaf, print and design was just what we were looking for. Customer service was very helpful and the turn around time was quick. I have recommended them to several friends in need of wedding invitations!
I just received my Christmas card order. It was done right, on time, and at a lower cost than other companies. I like the card material as well!
HORRIBLE don’t use this company
Very poor customer service. There was a mistake made om my order due to a glitch on their web site. The first time that I called them the customer service rep told me to take a photo of the mis-printed cards and to email it to them and that they would re-print the cards and email me a return label. I sent them the photo and they never followed thru on the promise’s. The sample cards on the site show a sample salutation. I think that one is supposed to back space thru the sample salutation and input their own. In this instance, the site would not let me back space thru the sample salutation so I right-clicked and highlighted the sample salutation and hit delete. The sample salutation then jumped to the top of the sample card and I entered my name in the letter box at the bottom. The cards arrived with the sample salutation and the sample name at the top and my correct salutation and my correct name at the bottom. The company refused to correct the mistake and reprint that cards and instead offered me 50% off a new order. I returned the Christmas cards and disputed the charge and instructed my credit card company to credit the charge back to me. There are several other complaints about this rotten company. There are way too many other card printers to ever use this shyster company again –
Very unreliable. Be aware that if you choose to do business with Simply to Impress:
1) You cannot count on Simply to Impress to fulfill your order on time, no matter if you pay for overnight shipping.
2) normal wait time to speak to an agent is 45 minutes (each time I tried to call customer service to ask what the issue was with the delay I was on hold for at least 45 minutes. Horrible customer service.
3) I was told by customer service the reason for many of the
delays is due to the fact that their printers are closed Saturdays and Sundays. Really?!? even during the holidays when they’re busy? If that’s true then that’s evidence on how poorly this company operates.
I ordered a stamp from Simply to Impress and it didn’t send me a proof, show the address i had typed and then showed up with the word “Street” spelled, “stree” they would not refund me or re-make it. I plan to spread the word and never order from them again.

Not sure what happened with these other couple of reviews, but my experience has been positive. Their site is the easiest to utilize (compared to other photo card sites), especially for a beginner. The quality is great, final edits were made on their side without issue. Everything arrived quickly, as promised and came packaged neatly in a very cute box. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. (side note: I never trust an “anonymous” review with zero detail as listed on this site).
I am shocked to see the bad reviews. I had my own graphic design business for 10 years doing invitations, so my expectations are pretty high. That said, I never used them to send out my cards (nor would I ever trust that to anyone else, except for my own design team/calligrapher).
I’ve used them for the past couple of years to send to my clients. The quality is wonderful. I chose the single side card, rather than a tented card as I thought it was neat, simple, and more professional for my needs.
The products arrived quickly and without any flaws. I always get a return address imprinted on the back of the envelope. The envelopes are a nice weight. I then send them to my own calligrapher for addressing.
I am using them again this year and again am impressed. The cardstock (a big deal for me) is heavy and the color saturation for the design and text is clear and vibrant.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Great job again this year!
