SCAM company!!!!!!!!!!! The money came out my account, but there was no confirmation email, no emails at all. I emailed to ask the status of the order and have had no reply. I have reported them.
Never received any ebook or response except and order #. Still interested , but it seems they are not.
I was so disappointed with this order. It came with the wrong name on the front AND back with a completely random list of people on it! I had thoroughly checked the names before I sent off my form and they were correct on the inside, just not on the cover which is clearly a printing error. A personalised gift should be just that ‘personal’ and therefore I was unable to give this now useless book away. Normally I would not leave negative feedback of this kind, but I was very upset by the lack of response I received from the company. I would have been happy with a reprint or even an ebook to give to my friend for her birthday but I received no reply, apology or refund. I understand things are difficult at the moment with current restrictions etc. but to hear nothing back from at all was very disappointing. So I’m afraid I have to recommend looking elsewhere for your personalised books.
Me and the misses only Christmas present to each other, and ordered it 23 of December, they took the money out 27 December. Still nothing and no replays or answers. After I ordered a personalized novel, paid for the extra fast delivery, did not hear from them. My order was placed on October 5, 2017, and I am yet to receive it (date today is Nov 26). I have sent over 10 mails to their support email addresses, however have not received ANY reply. There has been no answer on the phone numbers listed – a complete scam!
I did the same thing. I somehow contacted them and threatened legal action and they replied “My colleague will contact you”. Finally got a reply from the same emails I had been emailing the whole time, but I had been ignored. I did receive my book, as well as an e-book version for my ‘troubles’.
Great idea but lousy execution.

Will mostlike take legal action and get credit card company for a chargeback.
Having the same problem as everyone else. I’ll call tomorrow and use legal action too. I’ve left several voice mails and emails. I ordered it on 10/16 it’s now 10/30. Website claims one week that’s a lie. It was supposed to be a birthday gift for my wife that I was really excited about. So much for that. Despite all that I still want the book. Hope it comes.
Have you received your novel yet? I ordered mine Nov 27th and I am still waiting to receive mine. I couldn’t get through to anyone for so long, but when I threatened legal action, miraculously I got a reply within the hour, apologizing for the delay and that they would be sent out asap. They are a legit company as I searched their Company Registration Number, my only fear is if they went out of business as they haven’t really been active on social media since the middle of last year!
