Company are rubbish with communication. Paid in full but not received order. Don’t bother using them
Very poor company delivery is late, they don’t answer their phones or reply to emails, feel like I’ve been robbed of £70, now speaking to my bank for fraud!
I feel I have been robbed using tis site. After a month of waiting and numerous emails “promising” that my item has been dispatched I am down £130. No credible response to emails; no viable telephone number; all promises and lies.
Spend a little more on another site and know that you will receive your goods.
I have been really disappointed with this company. I bought my daughter a voucher for glamping. She lost the voucher. Don’t worry I said, it’s a piece of paper and we’ve got the code. Surely they can send a refund. Nope! No copy, no apology, apparently if you don’t ask for a replacement voucher inside 40 days you can forget it.
Rubbish customer service.
Will take money immediately promising items are in stock. Estimated delivery date long gone and still no item, and they have refused to cancel the order and issue a refund. Customer service is non-existent, have been ignored since first computer generated response. Beware.
