I gave Axvoice a shot thinking it would be a straightforward, low-cost way to get a home phone line. Unfortunately, it turned out to be more of a hassle than I expected.
Setting up the service was slow — it took several days just to get things activated, and I had to keep nudging their support team for updates. Most of the replies were either delayed or didn’t really offer any solutions.
One thing that really threw me off was their claim of having live chat support. I looked for it, tried to use it, but it never worked. That left me relying on email, which wasn’t ideal — responses were inconsistent and didn’t help much.
In the end, the service didn’t deliver what I was hoping for, and the lack of reliable customer support made the whole experience more frustrating than it needed to be. I’ve since moved on to a different provider and things have been much smoother.
