eBooks.com does sell print books, but the majority of customers like the ease of downloading their books directly to their device.

Most of their books are available in EPUB or PDF formats which works across all devices with ease. eBooks.com books are compatible with Windows, iOS, Android, Blackberry, and Kindle.

Cons: eBooks.com Review
There were a few things that I disliked about eBooks.com.
You can’t return digital ebook products, as there is no way to return a digital product.
The same does not hold true for print because you can actually return the physical product.
You also can’t read all eBooks.com online.
This just means you can’t read it in your internet browser and doesn’t have to do with the actual device.
If you want to print a book, you will be limited to e-books that have Adobe formats.
This is most likely to due to licensing, and authors not wanting their books reproduced unlawfully.

I bought an ebook and it downloaded to my computer. the instructions to download to my kindle were useless. I was referred to a help desk that charges to answer questions. Don’t use this website.
I used eBooks.com 3 times in the last 3 months to provide e-textbooks to my students. The process was very simple and the classes are happy with the format. I would recommend eBooks.com for instructors who are considering the shift to digital.
I had one issue with an unredeemed voucher code and their help desk was prompt, knowledgeable and courteous. Problem solved.
I’ll be using eBooks.com again next semester.
I ordered a paperback book from e books almost 3 weeks ago a country bride by dilly court and i have not yet received it although my payment has gone through
Do not purchase a book from eBooks.com if you are a college student relying on the ability to take notes, copy links, print pages, navigate through the book with ease. The pdf version is only available through Adobe Digital Editions software which is primitive compared to other software like Amazon Kindle. My experience with eBooks is as follows:
I am a college student. I purchased a pdf version of a textbook from eBooks. I was not going to purchase this book when I learned that it could not be used with Amazon Kindle Fire, but when I read that I would be able to print, I decided to make the purchase. After purchasing the textbook from eBook, I learned that I had to download Adobe Digital Edition to read the textbook. After downloading the software I went to print the first chapter of the book to take with me to read during my travels, only to learn that you are only able to print 10 pages per month. So I am forced to only read while I am at home on my computer.
The Adobe Digital Edition is software is lacking the tools that I am accustomed to with Amazon Kindle. The only way to advance pages is to continuously tap the “line down” arrow, which is time-consuming. Taking notes is difficult, and I have not yet found how to retrieve the notes that I was able to take.
I would not recommend a college student to purchase a pdf version of a book from eBooks.
I’ve been a customer of eBooks.com for 6 years and it’s always easy to use and well priced. I had a problem transferring my ebooks to my tablet and their help desk was fast and knowledgeable, and solved my problem immediately. Happy to recommend this service.
