The only drawback that has to be mentioned about the website Kremp.com is that they do not go the extra mile when compensating for errors they have made. This means that customers who complained in their Kremp.com reviews about not receiving their products on time were only given refunds and nothing else. This can be quite frustrating and depressing especially when you plan to use flowers for a loved one’s funeral. Keep this in mind when dealing with Kremp to ensure that all of the processes are cleared before placing an order.

WHAT AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE! I was in a bind and needed flowers for my anniversary but the delivery details were a challenge. Not only did Kremp get it there on time but the flowers were absolutely beautiful. My wife is happy and the flowers are still fresh a week later. I have no reason to shop anywhere else. I called to thank them for their service and the customer service person couldn’t have been more pleasant and cheerful. You will not be disappointed.
I appreciate the 15% discount although frankly I feel that it should be doubled, but at this point I will just take this as a lesson learned. This planter appeared to be thrown together in a hurry. This was not a beautiful display. I’ve done better myself and I am not a florist. I am really sorry that I ordered through your business. Through your online ads, it appeared that I was dealing with a local Fairmont, W VA florist – although with further review I see that you are located in PA. I would rethink using whoever you choose in Fairmont to create my order, as it was definitely subpar. If I had not attended the out of town funeral, I would have never known. Big disappointment all around.

We agree the product received is not the best representation of what we show online. We are more than happy to have a replacement planter delivered with a note of apology. Correction: Kremp Florist is NOT accredited by the BBB – the A+ bullshit rating mentioned here is not based on customers reviews – for a taste of what this company is all about read the three reviews posted in the BBB website, all negative. If you are dumb enough to take your chances with this company, just know that if anything goes wrong, you will get no support. At best, you will get a message from “Chad”, and he will treat you like shit. Just look at some of his replies to the negative reviews. Very condescending, rude and arrogant.
Staff was overly nice, website was easy to use and best of all, the bouquet was gorgeous and arrived on time.
I have never been so disappointed in customer service like I have with Kremp. You get no support. I also received a lousy email apology from “Chad”. When I called them over the phone, the lady was rude and condescending. She raised her voice and told me there was nothing else she could do. I was unhappy at the fact that they substituted my order for cheap flowers. All I wanted was a sincere apology and a partial refund. All you will receive from Kremp are lousy but expensive flowers and rude staff. If a customer feels cheated, it is up to the store to make it right.
