CONS for Shopko Reviews 2017
Some customers have complained about some pretty terrible customer service experiences, myself included. However I do not believe that we can base the entire customer service on a few employees that are not interested in providing the best customer service. Perhaps Shopko needs to be a little more selective in who they hire so that customers don’t have that bad experience. Shopko has shipping fees for products shipped to your home, and they increase with the price of the item or order you are purchasing. In this case you can either have it shipped to the store if it qualifies for the ship to store for free feature, or go pick it up in-store. Lastly, Shopko.com doesn’t ship internationally, to Hawaii and Alaska, and U.S. territories.
