We had a horrible experience with Blacklane and discourage anyone from ever using them anywhere. They left us stranded at the airport with our newborn baby and never showed up!! When we called, the customer service rep was clueless and said they couldn’t send a car as there wasn’t a driver in the area. Unacceptable. We live in Phoenix, one of the biggest cities in the country and they accepted the reservation, knowing full well there was a newborn. We asked to talk to a supervisor and were transferred to Matt in Australia who should be fired for incompetence. We will be filing complaints with the Better Business Bureau, Attorney General’s Office and doing interviews with the local television stations and newspaper sharing our horrible experience. Run Run Run before booking Blacklane. Shameful.
