I spend an hour trying to order checks. There was lots of buttons to click on to order extra items and protections, but I couldn’t find the button to complete my order. Even after I entered my credit card information, my cart was still empty. I do not trust this site.–Boni
I would recommend. I would order again.
I can’t speak for everyone else, but I had no problems at all. My checks were sent in a timely manner. The design I chose (NY Yankees) was correct. My name, address, routing number, account number and everything else was correct. I can’t complain. I wanted to write this so that some people know it’s not all bad. The price was great. I was a little reluctant to order because of so many negative reviews, but I gave it a chance and I had a good experience. I would order again.
I had to take a picture of our old check and use it. Could not make any changes.
When they shipped them they came in separately and you could clearly tell that they were checks. So if anyone that was out wanting to steal mail it would be easy for them to know what was in that. The checks are cheap quality. Also they don’t show you or tell you. When you chose your shipping you are becoming a member and they will charge your card 14.95 every month until you figure that out.. then you have to contact them to cancel and get ahold of the rude girl to cancel a pray that she does.. they say the email every month to get you to reorder is to show you are a member and that you agreed to get charged the 14.95. Even though that never clearly states any of that on there ever… so don’t order checks from here. Because as soon as you agree to normal shipping to you. You are agreeing to a membership. Who knew…
It took them three times before they got my Checks correct to me. I’ll top of that they were charging me fees I did not authorize for the reprint of the checks. It was their fault both times first time they got my name wrong second time they got my address wrong. They were typing in the wrong information into the computer when they were printing them. And then they got nasty with me on the phone. I do not appreciate that at all. I try to be nice to everybody. So there’s no reason for them snapping at me for their mistake.

Charged incorrect sales tax and charged sales tax on shipping and handling as well. Sales taxes is only to be charged to products. When brought to their attention they just send a BS form letter.
They lure you in at their introductory mail sales offer. I paid extra for four boxes of duplicate checks. Did NOT receive what I order told them in email and proved it. Their response was well you are welcome to reorder at our introductory offer and buy them AGAIN and have them remade. Why should I pay to have YOUR mistake corrected. I told them they needed to either correct them problem by reprinting my checks correctly or giving me a full refund. Their “Director of Customer Sales” response was NOT to respond to my email and correcting the situation, rather than to ignore my email and block and return all emails sent to them! So in response I will be posting on every social media site there is what a crooked, no good,corrupt company this is!!!
This was last email sent to them over a week ago and still NO response!

I received my order on Friday, August 6, 2021, but it is not correct!
I ordered 4 packs of duplicate checks and used the coupon code from a flyer from the mail. I verified looking at the price with the coupon code and what I ordered, I should have been sent duplicate checks. I have always used duplicate checks for at least the past 20 years whenever and wherever I order my checks from.
I should NOT have to pay to have them reprinted at the “introductory price” or any price for that matter, this was your mistake NOT mine. You are responsible for correcting.”
I ordered checks through The Bradford Exchange Checks, and it took a month before they got to me. I even ordered them with the rush shipping and rush production. There was no rush there. When I did get them the account number was wrong on all of my checks. I called them and they refused to give me replacements or refund my money. This company is crooked. They claim to be cheaper than bank checks by 70%. Wait till they get you with all the fees and add ons. There is a fee for the secure shipping, there is a fee for the EZ shield (which should be offered anyways), there is a processing fee and shipping fee. After all the fees you will spend about the same if not more for these checks online. Just go to your bank.
I ordered checks on 1 October 2019 and still have not received them. I checked with the bank and everything is good on that end. I was hoping that someone at your end could possibly help me locate them. I’ve exhausted all resources on this end. I really do NEED these checks asap, I’ve used all the checks which were given to me when I opened my new account. My phone # – 760-473-2438.
