I bought 2 gifs from here in the spelling was wrong and I can’t get ahold of anybody to correct it I think this is the worst site ever
Get wholesale account here, tryied to make an order first the agent just ignored me, later when finished order, they said that doesn’t have a lot items, and other items it would be shipped from different warehouse. Carefully worst service to communicate as wholesaler, and slowest, a lot of items are out of stock. Regards to worst agent Maggie. And dear HG team think more about to customers, not about yourself.
If you order your item then be ready for a war as they will not believe you if you tell them they sent the wrong product!
Its taken me 14 emails, 3 Photos and one video to try to tell them they sent me the wrong tank
Yet they still wont believe me
i ORDERED original Innokin CoolFire mini Zenit D22 kit with built-in 1300 mAh Battery and 2 ml / 3 ml Zenith d22 Tank –
I was sent one with a 2ml tank – not a 3ml tank! and tried to prove it to them – they would just not take my word for it and left me comment like this :-
“Quote – WE CANNOT OPEN YOUR VIDEO LINK, WE SHEEPED CORRECT 3ML, WE HAVE MANY OTHER CUSTOMERS, AND WE ARE NOT LIAR “
They tried to offer me $3 compensation – to which i totally refused!
I asked them time and time again just to send me the correct tank but they would not listen – just dont deal with these people its really not worth all the problems they give!!!
All i wanted was some lost vape mods .. they played the bait and switch game on me..
advertised as in stock until after they had my money, then they faked a tracking number to a different person in a different town. claimed it had been delivered…… when i kicked up they asked me to choose another item , their advert claimed they had over 20 in stock, nope also unavailable…
the money you may save from purchasing from this company is simply not worth the aggravation and stress dealing with these Con artists.
Heaven Gifts is the worst company ever.
Dont order from heavens gifts stuff sits in singapore for years amd they refused to refund me untill a month after i ordered when they know dam well it hasent moved in weeks they still make you wait
