Why is my email message to you being returned as non existent?
I ordered ink Nov.23,2020. I also have called twice since my product has never been delivered. They have promised immediately delivery that I still have not received. Their excuse is that it was lost. I have ordered other items that were sent with a typed note on plain paper that they were being sent by the US postal service. This company uses postal service stationary with a delivery code that can not be traced. If the ink ever gets here I have been through so much to get it I will not use it because I am afraid it will destroy my priner. My bank statement plainly shows the transaction was posted to my account. I am in the process of completing forms with my bank that verify the payment was received by them but not me. I think they are FRAUD!
I agree , don’t buy from this INKFARM place. I found over 100 negative reviews on them on another website almost all complained the cartridges are not compatible. I have a HP Desk Jet 2548 it says cartridge not compatible with this printer. Called them on the phone , the girl told me the same thing and offered to send me a shipping label for a return and refund. If they know already they don’t work in my printer why do they falsely advertise that they do? It took 8 days AFTER they received them back to get my refund and I had to call them twice about it. Girl says they’re really backed up with refunds which is probably true and issued it right away. Noticed the video to install on my model is not my printer at all. Completely different procedure and style. Never again.
REVIEW FOR INKFARM.com. I made the mistake of trying to save a few bucks with Inkfarm.com. I just purchased a pack of (2) XL Black HP Ink Cartridges and (1) XL Tri-Color Ink HP Cartridge. The first thing is that it was a week late. I installed the (XL) Black Colored Ink, and it only lasted to print 70 pages – THAT’S IT! It is low on the black ink now. My HP Ink in Color (that is really an HP Cartridge purchased from Costco has barely gone down at all and I did some of the printing in color)! What a waste of money!! DO NOT BUY FROM INKFARM.com!
