The best thing about MySocialBook.com resides with their actual product, which is a book that will showcase everything from statuses, tagged photos, timeline pictures, profile pictures, photo albums from your Facebook profile. People can purchase a book and browse everything that has been posted in their profile from the social network. This is quite revolutionary and unique as the company works hand in hand with Facebook to help them retrieve the information that their clients want. Not only do they do books for Facebook, My Social Book has now started to do the same for your Instagram account as well. They have a few tiers of pricing to choose from, based on the materials used, and how many pages you want in the book. CONS:
The only problem when purchasing bound books at MySocialBook.com today is that not all content can be retrieved by their staff and systems as they can be blocked by Facebook, as per the My Social Book reviews. This is because not all information is being provided to them such as life events, private messages, notes, groups, birthday messages and notes. People should expect that the company will be unable to obtain these types of data and cannot be printed onto the books that they want. The company however is working hard with Facebook to help improve these aspects in the near future.

I ordered two 400+ page books and it took just over two months but I did receive them and I am happy with the way that came out.
I receive the second book and am very disappointed with the quality. Its awful, the pictures are DARK, FUZZY and LOW QUALITY INK and MATERIAL ! I chose a lower grade paper. Recommend you go with the higher quality paper. Wish I would of. Sad thing is I wanted to reprint with the better quality upgrade and you would think they would work with you so they wouldn’t lose a customer. No more ordering for me!
I ordered 5 books total on January 8th & 9th and received 4 on January 21st. I too have sent 3 emails and am only getting automated messages back stating email is very busy thank you for your patience. I will wait 1 more week then file a dispute w/ the bank. Is such a shame. I was so excited w/ my books they are absolutely beautiful & even nicer than expected. And I needed to ordermore, but i woulnt order when I dont trust I would get ghem & cant reach anyonr or get a response.
JUST FOR THE RECORD: this company is absolutely NOT a Facebook Company or an affiliated company… They work with the Facebook system LIKE ANY APPLICATION. That’s why they can retrieve life events, private messages, notes, groups, birthday messages and notes… 😉
I still haven’t received even a confirmation of order or a contact back.
I ordered a book 1/21/17. On 2/06/17 they sent an email saying that the book had shipped. They gave me a date range of 2/16 to 3/07 for the book to arrive. So far no book has arrived. I was wondering if they did ship the book or is this just a rip-off? If I ever do get the book (probably not), I’d never order another one. I lost my money and probably won’t ever get it back.
Where is my book, you have taken money out, I ordered it on the 24 December, I have tried to contact you 3 times no answer, I am very disappointed about it, why don’t you answer your mail. So hopefully you will answer this one.
I ordered a set of books on November 8, and had still not received them. After many emails and excuses, they just today said that they couldn’t complete my order because of “operating issues”. My money has still not been refunded.
I am still waiting to receive my book. The customer service is ridiculous. It shows that my book has been delivered, yet it has not. The response I got was to check my mailbox, then if not there, wait a few days. ?????????? First off, obviously I would have checked my mailbox. Secondly, why do I need to wait? Is there some magic checkpoint between delivered and actually received, that is not revealed to the consumer when purchasing the book? I am extremely unhappy, and will be filing a claim with my bank to reverse charges.
At the end, they advised me after carefully reviewing the pictures I sent them off the book vs my facebook account, to refund the purchase of the book. I thank them for this and plan to reorder as I was very happy with my 1st purchase. Thank you for coming through!
I’m sooo happy! I got my 5 books in less than ten days all the way to Egypt. They are so well done. Better than I expected!

I ordered my book at Christmas time. It came in about a week and I LOVE it. There are a lot of things you can’t control and I need to pay attention to how I am entering captions so they stop showing up over and over. I was not expecting too much. I had a 50% coupon. My book was about 350 pages and cost under 50.00 Love it!
I wouldn’t know if there’s any pros since I never received my book but my money was taken out of my account the mintue I clicked submit order.
I receive the book today and I am very very disappointed, assemble and quality is awful, impressions of the pictures are DARK and LOW QUALITY INK and MATERIAL !!!! Book is scratched on the back, and on the corners.
To me this is a rip off !!!
We take long RV trips all the time. Last year, we drove over 10,000 miles touring Canada and the US. I posted excepts of our trip along with pics during that time. When My Social Book started advertising, I decided to give it a try. My long trip was 76 pages and I LOVE IT! I pleasantly surprised at the quality for the price. I had a 30% off coupon so my book was only about $30. Well worth it. I don’t know why people are complaining about the quality of the pictures. Mine were fine and I didn’t order upgraded paper. I did order the hard cover and am glad I did. I ordered a second book for another year of RV trips and it was great also. It’s fun to go back through all the crazy posts and things that our friends said about our trip. What a great memento and I will do this for all future trips. No problems with speed, shipping, or errors. It came exactly as I ordered it.
In November 2016 before creating a private FB group I confirmed with Social Book that I could create a book that way that would include all pictures, posts, and comments. I was told yes, that as long as I added SB when I was ready it would be a breeze.
In late 2017 when I was ready to make the book, this option had been removed. ?. According to the conversation I had it would probably be changed at some point, but for now, SB decided it was better to not provide the promised service than to serve their customers. I saw lots of feedback and frustration from people on similar situations. Bottom line: This was not a good decision.
It has been over 18-months and I checked back to see if they had decided to reinstate this option and was told no.
This group is the story of our adoption and I would have gone a different route had SB been honest with me. Printing it was always part of the plan.
I ordereded a book beginning of dec 2016 and they say i should have it by dec 20th and still no book on jan 17th 2017. i have sen numerous emails with no response I am filing a fraud report with my credit card to get my money back
I have ordered 7 social books over the last couple of years. I have had some troubles with getting the books on time, but when I e-mail them with questions or concerns they always respond quickly and things get resolved. One of my books was missing some dates and photos, I contacted them and they sent out a corrected book for free. Overall I am very happy with my books and satisfied with the customer service. I will continue to order more books!
