CONS for Overnight Prints Reviews 2020
After looking through customer feedback from Overnight Prints, there were a few negatives that stood pretty clear. Although they do have the next day air shipping available, it does come at a cost. Several customers complained about misprinting of cards due to a tactic that seems shady to me. Overnight Prints will offer a $10 service to have someone check over your design. If you don’t pay for this extra check, you can pretty much count on your cards being misprinted. To have the quality control check as an extra cost seems unfair, and should be included in the price of the printing. Lastly, their customer service can be spotty depending on who answers the phone. This is unacceptable for a larger company that claims to have an excellent service record.

The information is not consistently centered across the cards, and most of them are very right justified and not centered. The registration of the color is blurry, and the saturation of the ink is horrible. All the text is fuzzy. As a design firm the quality of your product is absolutely worthless to me, and on top of all that, paid for rush delivery for Monday and they did not arrive till Wed. Too late for me to use them when I needed them.
