They also have a 15 day money back guarantee on any products that have defects or are dead on arrival. Damaged Shipments and unopened software can be returned but only in a 7 day window.

There were several things that I found about TigerDirect that I thought should be changed. First off, they have no warranties except those provided through manufacturers. This can be a hassle to deal with because now you have to track down the original manufacturer. If this doesn’t work then you can talk to TigerDirect, but they will most likely not have a warranty for the product. There are some items in the TigerDirect inventory that are not returnable. I would suggest that you fully understand which items aren’t returnable so you are aware before you buy. The return process can also be very confusing and potentially take a long time. There are several different rules as to what is returnable, how many days you have to return it, and if you will have to pay a restocking fee or not. Although most shipping happens within a few days, TigerDirect admits that some items take an exceptionally long time to ship. This is because some of them ship directly from the manufacturer and can be located on the other side of the globe, or be on a substantial back order.
