A negative aspect that is going to be mentioned in this 360Training review however is that the online courses that they offer are a bit pricey. This is especially true for course packages that are done interactively online at
360Training.com. There are training centers around the world that offer lesser prices for such lessons right now and it would do the website well if they provided a bit lower on the price tag. This could really help people who are new to the online training world be encouraged to try these courses out and see if they are what they want at this time.

I took Food Manager test. The letters became tripled and I couldn’t read it. So I quitted in the middle. They refused to refund it. Do not waste your time and money. Poor technique, IT and customer service.
Be aware I paid for the 30 Hr osha online course passed the test and never received the physical 30 hr osha card. When I called to explain the situation of not receiving my card through the mail they would not issue me a new one and mentioned I would have to pay for a $59 for a new card.

I would not recommend this course for Real Estate professionals taking continuing Ed. There are many more courses that require significantly less time in the course. This full course has 10 separate courses. I spent 8 hours on 1 course as an example. 5-6 hours on others. This will take you 50-60 hours to complete. Geewhiz I will use next time as I understand it takes a quarter of the time
Stay away from 360training/Meditec please! They are taking advantage of people by misrepresenting their courses and what they’re training you on, they’re charge over 6 times the cost of equipment and software that you can get yourself online, their refund policy is limited to 3 days after starting but they don’t allow your to view the entire course or provide you with required material before then, and their courses are substandard or not what they’ve advertised. They refuse to resolve issues fairly in terms of refunds and do not provide any other resolutions. I am a former police officer and stage 4 cancer patient trying to support myself, but they refused to refund my money after failing to provide the training they advertised and basically told me “too bad”. Please do not trust them.
I purchased the Texas all lines adjuster course from 360 Training. I complete the study material and was given access to the final exam. After I complete the study material I was promptly locked out and could not regain access to the study material I had purchased. I reached out to customer service (Nov 27 2019) to unlock the material I had purchased. They informed me they would have it unlocked in about 5 business days. I reached out via phone 4X times and emailed customer service 5X times over the next 6 weeks. I am still locked out of the material to date and have been denied a refund.
I would not recommend 360 to anyone. Their customer service is poor overall and has yet to resolve my issue 6+ weeks after 1st contact.
Consider other vendors for your training needs.
When it’s good it’s good but how about when it’s bad,,,You win 360 when your customers win!!!I signed up to take the course but due to some unforeseen occurrences I could not start my business I had to one continue in my secular job which set me back on entrepreneurship! But now I’m ready to begin my journey once again and 360 is saying my log in has expired ,, I asked for possibly a discount to sign up again and they offered no assistance how can you just take my money and I never even took the course yet I did not know it was time sensitive,,, nonetheless why can’t they just reset my login everything is just a matter of a click of a computer or offer discount a promo code to sign up again for the course there is way to make your customers happy if a company really wants to but they probably don’t care because we have to mandatory take these courses and they do have a success rate according to the reviews but what about the customer that is having an issue you have the ability to fix it 360 and gain another satisfied customer but you choose not to
15 hour continuing ed course took 22.5 hours to complete, they require you to stay on each page for a certain length of time, way longer than necessary, content made no sense in the order it was presented, most of the content was irrelevant to the main topic, links and images didn’t work, only two opportunities to pass the final exam and you are locked out, the only way to complete is to purchase again, 20 point exam on 22.5 hours of material and over half of the questions on the exam were over obscure information from the beginning lessons that were long forgotten by the time the final exam was reached, there was no final exam summary, no credit was received. Save your money, but especially save your valuable time!
