499 inks–I ordered and my order # was 97409 2/25/2018–I bought 5 cartage’s for my Epson 8400 Epson ink 69 what I need
I changed the cartage’s and it printed very light on paper and no colors…everything is so light and no colors—I cannot sent the note or letter out at all…..I need to get them replaced soon with Epson 69 I am very disappointed that 499inks is not working out and loss of some $$$$$……I hate to complain but in this case I had too.

I placed an order Feb. 4th for some ink and 10 days later have seen no trace of it. I am wondering if they actually deliver the orders that are placed or what?
Terrible site. The ink they sold me didn’t work, and they wouldn’t replace or refund! Never order form them!
I received my cartridges, last week and they seem to work perfectly so far. I suppose they actually got lost in shipping. They were kind enough to reship and I am quite satisfied.

I ordered the 3 color plus black ink toner cartridge pack for my HP Officejet 7612. The first print was good. The remaining prints were banded really bad. I had the printer run a head cleaning/alignment, to no avail. I’ve never had success with 3rd party refills. Glad I only paid $24. You get what you pay for, as they say.
I recently purchased 3 cartridges for my epson printer and I received one wrong ink. I received photo black instead of magenta like I ordered. Order number 54113. I contacted customer service, which acknowledged the mistake, but their response was “Just order more ink”. If they send the wrong product they should fix the problem by sending the right ink and I would send the wrong one back. I have moved on and found cheaper ink at Amazon. I do not recommend 499ink / 499inks.com.
