Placed my order March 24, it’s now April 27, still no order. Sent two emails beginning of April with no response. Good luck on calling their customer service line, was on hold for over 35 minutes three times . Finally got through on Phone today 4/27/20 to find out my order is back ordered, you would’ve thought that they would’ve sent you something or told you that considering it’s been over a month . It states all orders shipped in 4 to 8 business days, that’s just not true I’ve been waiting over a month. I’m not a fan this was the first order I have placed with them, I will go back to Chewie.com. Customer service is very lacking, Buyers beware no communication at all . They may be cheaper, by a couple dollars, but having to wait months for your order is not worth a couple dollars. Frustrated and irritated.
I agree, awful customer service. I placed my order on 7/6. As of 7/14 I had not received my order and it still showed pending. I emailed them and they responded asking if I still hadn’t received my order. I advised them no and they still haven’t responded 6 days later and my order after 2 weeks still says pending. Shop elsewhere!
