Maybe the only negative aspect that has been mentioned in the Silverts.com reviews is that the company does not compensate people for shipping charges if they choose to return or exchange items back to them. This means customers will not be getting a total refund of their expenses in the online store. You will want to keep this in mind before making a decision in buying from the Silverts.com today.

I ordered a pair of front closing bras which did not fit properly. In trying to return per the website’s 100% satisfaction guarantee, I was told that I needed to start the process online and the UPS tag would cost $9.95. When I tried to begin the return process, the website did not recognize that the products had been delivered. How can I return something that has not been delivered and yet the products are in my house? My advise: buy from Amazon!
The clothing is of good quality and the shipping was fast. The problem was when I tried to return two items. The form online would not accept my order number. It kept saying that I entered incorrect data. I tried the online chat twice. The first time the person who replied could not spell many of her words correctly, the second time the person just didn’t get back to me after I stated my problem. I tried calling and was on hold forever. I gave up and left a message. I tried emailing but have not received a reply after waiting for a couple of days. I won’t buy anything else because of the difficulty of returning items. Who knows how long it will take to get a refund.
Still awaiting shipment of my order since 3rd December 2020.
No response to e-mails or phone calls. Credit already

Trying to return my purchase for a larger size and although they claim “easy returns” it is not. My only option was refund and I wanted to exchange, asking for invoice #, all I have is an order #, wouldn’t let me change the 1 to a 2 when I mistakenly put in 1 but want to return both pair and last but not least, you just can’t hit a send button to send it you have to decide where you want to post it by then the click that you put in for “I am not a robot” won’t let you click again. The “easy return” would be to just put a shipping label in the box.
Ordered 3 snap on the shoulder gowns. Arrived VERY quickly, but when I washed them two faded. I contacted the company. They immediately replied and replaced the two gowns and did not require that I return the two faded ones.
The quality of the material (even the ones that faded) is very good. And their service is polite, fast, actually the best word for it is outstanding.
By far this is one of the best internet companies I have ever dealt with.
The polyester pants with velcro looked terrible after washing, would need ironing, not good for a nursing home environment!
REturned pants that didn’t work for my mom on May 11th…still waiting on refund. Was told last week that it had processed. It’s June 4th and still no refund. Buyer beware.
