Due to a medical situation that has yet to be resolved from Sep 2015, I recently requested a refund of my 2 unused Boston Go Cards.
I called the 1st time on Monday, Oct. 25, 2016, the CS person treated me rather snarkally, and said she would process our request. She said I would receive an email, verifying the refund transaction, and a CHECK (not a CC refund), would be coming in 7-10 days.
As I did not receive the email, I called again today (Aug 1, 2016) to determine the status. The CS person told me nothing was done – there was not even a comment that I had called. When I asked for a supervisor, I was disconnected!!
Going to NY in a week with my family and we want to do a lot of sight seeing, so I figured this was a good way to save money. Thanks for this smart destinations review!
