Pros: Cruise Fashion Review
Due to the simple philosophy that they have in mind of providing its customers with outstanding services and products all the time, CruiseFashion has become a leading online boutique in the UK today.
It is now recognized as one of the best independent luxury retailers that have a reputation to prove it.
Aside from that, people can benefit from a personal stylist wherever you are shopping with CruiseFashion.

You are going to thank this Cruise Fashion review later once you’ve visited the site.

Cons: Cruise Fashion Review
One negative aspect in this review about the CruiseFashion.com is that the company behind the store does not offer free shipping services of any kind to their customers.
Delivery will start differently for each country and there is a separate table on their website which will show these to their customers.
This is not ideal for people who are looking to purchase items under a budget since they won’t be able to benefit from free shipping in any manner.
You might want to keep this in mind prior to shopping at the store today.
- No Free Shipping Fee

Authentic goods and excellent delivery
I agree the Stores are really good with good quality, but online is a nightmare. I purchased a D&G Hoodie for my husband for Christmas, he said the zip didn’t sit right which i thought was because it had been folded. After washing it was still there so we we went to the store who agreed it was faulty but said they couldnt help as purchased online, we returned it at a cost of £8.50 which is bad since it was faulty. I never heard anything but knew it had been received back days earlier so sent an email as it’s nearly impossible to get a phone number saying i wasn’t happy. Days later I received a reply saying they could not see the return send proof which i did.. after phone calls chasing and emails back and forwards they decided the item wasn’t faulty and we’re returning it and basically saying if i wanted to take it further to see a solicitor. I was furious and got back onto the phone demanding to speak to a Manager telling her that the customer service was appalling and that even the store had agreed it was faulty, i even said i would take a credit note if it couldn’t be replaced as we are loyal customers who have shopped there for years and i even had a loyalty card. She said she would get it re examined which took another two weeks and me having to chase again. She said she would ring but instead I have received a email stating the item is not faulty and they are returning it. Im now thinking of taking it to trade and standards to get them to check it.
Very unhappy EX Customer from now
