There is one negative that is worth mentioning.
Some customers complained about their return policy, and the amount of time it took to receive funds back.
This could have very well been a few isolated incidents out of thousands, but can still be frustrating as a consumer.
There is also quite a short return period of 14 days.

Coggles are appalling . Have been waiting over a month for a refund, being told every day it will be in my account between 3-5 days ! You cannot speak to anyone . I have emailed about fifty times . Always the same replies. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE ! DISHONEST ! Have never had these problems with any other website !
Very bad supply chain and service, do not recommend,3 month that can not get my item
The worst online experience I have had during lockdown. They sent out a sun damaged t shirt then expected me to prove it was damaged before they would let me return. They then asked me to prove I had returned the order and send photographs rather than just checking the tracking number themselves in exactly the same way I had too (provided by them on their return slip) return was signed for on 17th June and they have still only refunded part of the order – despite numerous messages in which they just keep saying 10 – 14 days. 3 weeks later no refund for the damaged item and they have completley ignored my last 2 messages. Avoid and use one the the many other retailers selling the same brands without damage and with a customer service you can trust. I doubt this company will survive.
This has to be joke Total score 7.4 Seriously? Have you read what just about every other review site is indicating? My negatives are far too long to state on here. But I have been lied to, deceived and frankly messed about for over a month trying to get a direct response to a complaint. Coincidentally it arrived yesterday, confirming what I already knew. Sadly I can’t expand at this time as I am currently taking advice on how best to proceed. My advice would be to stay well away from Coggles or at least take the time to GOOGLE – COGGLES REVIEWS.

This is not my first time to purchased clothing at coggles but it’s THE WROST ONLINE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE.
This is my 1st time to try non-tracking shipping because I just buy 1 tee and I had a not bad shopping experiences on coggles before but those purchased items were chosen by tracking-shipping delivery. The tee was estimated to receive after 2 weeks later of my purchased day. But it was delayed! I mail to coggles and they reply me it needed 1 month for delivery. That’s fine though I’m not hurry to get the tee. 1 month later, I also didn’t received my item and kept mail to coggles and NO REPLY from them anymore!!!
I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED ON COGGLES and realize that how irresponsible they were. I think if I keep to pick tracking-shipping, I may not meet that situation now.
Hopefully, this review can help shopper to know more coggles and the huts group. Also, tracking-shipping should ensure shoppers to find their purchased products and find the responsibility if the product was lost.

RUBBISH!!!!!!!!!!!!
I’ve have two orders from Coggles in the past year and both times they came before the estimated date and everything was good. During sale time they have some great deals. Will definitely be buying from them again considering how good the quality of clothes are.

I placed an order 11/11/2016, I received an email stating that the shoes were not available, my credit card was charged, and now it is January and no refund was issued. I have emailed, and even with an order number, they are unable to figure it out!!
