I order every season
I recently ordered from ApparelZoo through Walmart.com. The shirt I received was labeled the size I had ordered but it fit 2x as small. Anyway, I followed the return directions on paper provided in my packaging and emailed the company. I didn’t get a response the first time and so I emailed them again, and then I didn’t get a response until I left a negative review on the Walmart Website and also contacted Walmart Customer service to be the go between. The replies I got from the company were snippy and rude. The last reply I got was in all caps and just a complete rudeness. If their customer service didn’t SUCK and they weren’t RUDE and send SHOUTY CAPS to their customers then maybe I’d consider ordering from there again because I actually really liked the shirt just couldn’t put my left arm in it much less my kid.
They ripped me off! I ordered a men’s small and received a 2x, I returned it to once again receive a 2 x. I emailed and they responded asking for my order number which I replied to the email with the order number only to never hear back. I re-sent the email 5 times, tried calling at least 10 times never to get an answer. So I sent the second shirt back and now they have the shirt, my money and you can Not get a hold of them by phone and can’t get an email response. I do not recommend this company unless you have money to flush!

STAY AWAY! This joint is a total joke. I ordered a jacket as a Christmas present.The item was labeled a Medium but arrived 2x too big. Their return page doesn’t work and no one ever answers the phone. After multiple emails and many attempted calls ( i called everyday for a month. I finally got a reply that read:”Sorry man, it’s the holidays”, and said a return slip was sent. WRONG,! Nothing ever sent. I guess I should have read the reviews before trusting this site. Many reviews report the same thing. I made a complaint to the Better Business Bureau. Their blatant lack of and disregard for customer service is ridiculous! Business like this should NOT be able to do business at all. Save your money and disappointments. IT AIN’T RIGHT! I’m contacting the media and consumer watch groups next. Some one has to shine a light on this SHAM SCAM company.
