The only negative aspect that is going to be mentioned in this Cables.com review is that the website Cables.com does not provide an order tracking system online. You will need to contact their customer service department in order to get the information that you need in order to keep track of your orders. This can be troublesome as many websites today are already providing online tracking as a standard service to their customers.

Excellent pricing on cat6 cables, cat6a cables, cat5e cables, fiber optic cables, outdoor cables, data center cables and hospital grade ethernet and power cords. I use this website often and surprised to see all of the fake reviews on this website.

I had a bad experience when trying to get help on a specific extension cord. When I was done explaining what I needed, the jerk on the phone said I would need to know what it’s connected too. Once I tell him, he says I would would need to know the type of plug. Then says call us back when you know. Then hangs up on me. Obviously, I will never be calling these people again.
Expensive shipping as well as bad customer support. Placed and an order and when I inquired about the status after a couple of days, the VP replied to me and cancelled/refunded the order without an explanation.
Actual store was not much help with trying to price match a competitor on an item. I was directed to the toll free number and was able to get the help I thought the store should have known or been able to assist me with. Person at customer service in store seemed more like a used car sales person stuck with just a few lines to say. When I was finally introduced to what was called a manager. I felt like I was talking to the father of the person I just got through talking too. All in all the person from the toll free help line (Mindy) was very helpful and polite with what I was ordering. Maybe she needs to give lessons in customer service to the people I dealt with at the store.
Was surprised that their wasn`t much ammo & that the ladies dept. did`t have meny of the sizes. So I came home
& ordered. Thank You
Staff is very friendly and helpful with my questions and I all ways have a great time shopping.
