There is a return authorization form that is needed whenever you have already bought a product from the online store CashmereBoutique.com and wish to send it back for a refund or exchange. However, this form, like most of the online e-commerce websites today, isn’t included within the package of the order that was made. People will be required to send an email to the online store first before they will be sent a return form. This can take away from the few days that have been provided for a return to be applicable. All returns must also be made in 15 days after the orders have been placed.

dishonest company, restrictive and unfair return policy, rude and unhelpful staff. never experienced a company so unwilling to work with a legitimate concern
TOTAL SCAM! I ordered a sweater for my dog and received a cheap knockoff. The color, measurements, seems, pattern were all totally different than what’s shown on their site. Tried initiating a return to no avail and ended up contested the charge through PayPal. I’ve since found they’re using images from nakedcashmere.com… Seriously, Stay away!!
Do NOT order anything from this company. I ordered socks and a sweater for my dog.
BOTH sizes were OFF and the return policy forget it.
I had to PAY and I returned everything and now they don’t get back to me, definitely didn’t refund me.
This company is a SCAM, terrible business practices, horrible customer service. Well non existent.
I told them that the sizing was so off, my dog is 8 pounds and the sweater that I received would be too small for a
squirrel. And the socks that I ordered according to their sizing were HUGE.
If it is THEIR fault I should not have to pay, and I’ll probably NEVER get my refund. Thanks fort nothing!
I should have stuck to my policy for only ordering on Amazon! Where you can always return and if you have a problem with a company they will STILL stand behind it.
15 day return policy and you pay for return shipping. So if you purchase a Christmas gift, with a decent lead time, as I did, so you get it a week before Christmas, there is 10 days just for shipping and waiting for the occasion. So I cannot return my purchase by the time I found out it was not wanted. And their prices aren’t that good. Shop Nordstrom’s website and be happy.
