We have a membership where we paid for a package of a number of downloads.
We downloaded an image for a poster in our office. The image looked perfect when we placed our order, but once the poster was printed the watermark with “depositphotos” was left on the photo.
I contacted customer service in order to refund the cost of the poster, but they said all that they could do was give us one free download.
Every time I called there was a different person who didn’t have any idea about the reason for my call and every time I asked to speak to a supervisor (on several different days) they said she was not in today. It sounds like the company is outsourced and you do not speak to someone in the US.
Overall, not a good experience with them, as it looked like we were downloading a clean and watermark-free image, when that was not the case. Will not be using their services for future promos.
