Products were what I expected.
My only complaint was the 10 days it took to receive my order. I read prior reviews stating the same issue but even after paying $13.37 for expedited delivery it still took 10 days when drugs that I ordered from other sources came within 3 days. Plan to order far in advance for the best results. Unfortunately this is the only web source for Metagenics products that I needed. Will need to order 15 days in advance next time and not waste the money for expedited delivery.
I am very pleased with my recent transactions with eVitamins. Order shipped out next day and you cant’ beat the price. Customer service was friendly when I called to have them update my card details. Package arrived quickly and was as expected. Got $5 off my order too. I just put in GET5OFF at checkout and got a discount. So I was very happy about the price. Website is easy to use. Will order again.

Do not understand how come eVitamins can be registered by any US trade office .
It is A fraud .
This website is a scam. Here how they operate;
You buy your item and pay 10+ USD shipping fee. Then comes the long wait for your order. You won’t get it. Either your parcel eventually “disappears” (as per other reviews) or customs won’t let the item into your country – this is what “happened” in my case. Except that I spoke to customs and they confirmed that they never received or held anything for me from evitamins.
Now comes the good part.
Evitamins will explain to you that the untraceable parcel was returned to them and they will refund the cost of the items. What they will keep is the shipping fees. When you request some sort of proof that the parcel was actually sent at all, they aren’t short of excuses. The “untraceable” parcel, remember? And oh, yeah, “your country won’t accept these steroids, that’s why they sent it back”. Hang on a minute, if you know this why would you ship anyway…?! I tell you why, to get the non-refundable shipping fee. ..What a business idea!
Hope you don’t get carried away with evitamins awesome and affordable products. As I said, it’s a scam…
eVitamins.com is a fraud. I ordered supplements. After I paid by credit card, evitamins.com cancelled the order and they refused to refund. I have just reported the theft crime by eVitamins.com to the following institutions: Internet Crime Complaint Center, USA Gov’s Internet Fraud Information;Online Better Business of the US and Canada. I hope that the justice system will look at them, impose appropriate penalties and close down this disgusting “business”. Avoid eVitamins.com. They will scam you.
This company leaves a lot to be desired. I placed an order on July 15 which did not ship out until July 20 and I finally received it on July 27! Good luck with accurate tracking information through their web site, it’s absolutely useless. The customer service dept. is an absolute joke. They are unprofessional, argumentative and confrontational when approached. Warning: Avoid customer service rep. Pete M., the guy is an arrogant and useless windbag who babbles nonsense.
