I ordered a shirt a towel came and the call back number is fake. No one answered my emails either. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE
Not happy about receiving my poly/cotton blend t-shirt that was listed as 100% pre-shrunk cotton. Customer Service wasn’t great. Buyer beware.
Was really excited to purchase a shirt from them for a Christmas gift. Ordered before the deadline for it to arrive before Christmas, and then a day later received an email saying the order was cancelled but wasn’t given a reason. Just a few minutes later, received an email saying the item shipped. I contacted customer service to ask, and it was cancelled because they did not have the shirt in the color I ordered. No where in the email did it say that was the reason and it did not say they were out of that color on the website-otherwise would have ordered another color. I asked to order in another color and to over night it because At this point it was too late for the item to arrive before Christmas, but they wouldn’t do that for me. Very disappointed that their website didn’t make it clear which items were in stock before making an order.
