Cons: KitBag Review
After sifting through the details of Kitbag.com I found a few things that were negative.
Firstly, there is going to be shipping fees for international shipping unless you spend a certain amount.
Even then, there are restrictions, such as weight, size, and the cost of the product.
If any of these restrictions is broken, then the shipping is not free.
The other thing is that it was not clear as to what the customer has to spend to get free shipping.
One location on the site says you must spend at least $150, and the other says at least $95.
There are also fees for return shipping, but that is pretty standard for most companies.

Chris is rude and arrogant. Very poor customer service skills. I picked up these characteristics as soon as our phone conversation started- which took a few attempts to get in touch!
I have an anxiety condition which makes me very fussy by nature (something I can’t help). But other retailers have accommodated and helped out with this on many occasions.
He simply did not have the time to help and refunded my order.
I’m not surprised that their star rating is so low. Do us a favour and get out of retail.

After reading some terrible reviews I was concerned about purchasing and wondered if my package would turn up at all. Kitbag provided a fantastic service. They shipped 3 items of clothing from UK to Australia in 9 days. Quality excellent and will be buying again from them.
My son ordered a shirt in January, with money he received at Christmas. It never arrived, and Kitbag are not at all helpful. They will not give me a tracking number for the order because we did not contact them within 30 days from postage, but as we have previously waited more than that for a delivery from them I didn’t think to do so. If you are ordering something from them, keep track of the date posted and get on to them pretty quick. Usually when I order something on the net, I get a tracking number, don’t know why it is such a problem for them do do this
Did couple of orders, all got on time fully genuine products from the teams’s real shops. Highly recommanded. Nice Prices.
Placed 2 separate orders. One arrived “on time” which means within 30 days of order (shocking). The other hasn’t arrived, and the customer service is giving me some BS reason not to re-send the shipment (they are saying that my address is incorrect, but the credit card transaction which used the same address went through just fine. ). I am very unhappy of this situation. I am now asking for a full refund and probably order the same jersey at a more reliable website.
