CONS for Nonda Reviews 2020
Although Nonda’s products are providing exceptional value for their users and customers, they still have some work to do. Their products still need some fine-tuning and adjustments before they can take their product mainstream. This is just part of the process of transitioning from a startup to an actual legit and full-blown company. Nonda.co also charges return shipping fees, which end up being fairly low cost. This is a fairly common fee when buying online.

File a fraud claim with your credit card service (bank name on back of card). Print out ALL e-mail communications between you, the shipper (Nonda) and the shipping co. that Nonda claimed to have shipped by (USPS).
Do NOT pay the credit card charge until you receive the product or the credit card bank/servicer tells you that the issue is resolved.
As this was outright FRAUD (Nonda claimed to have handed the product over to USPS, even giving you a tracking №), file a fraud claim with the consumer fraud sections of the US Attorney’s office for the federal circuit that Monday is located in, and the Attorney General’s office of the US state or territory where Nonda is located, if the product doesn’t get to you.
My purchase $174.93 & ordered confirmed by Nonda via email 12/4/19. Less than 3hrs. later another email from Nonda with my USPS tracking# & confirming my purchase already shipped! (Wow! imagine a company actually receiving an order, creating a tracking #, package a internet online order & giving to carrier for delivery within 3hrs? Never is this possible) Waited til 01/2020 – no product received. Waited 02/2020 – still no product received. Tracking USPS tracking # 03/2020 USPS confirms they still waiting on Nonda to hand over my packaged product. 04/2020 – Still USPS confirms they still waiting on Nonda to hand over my packaged product so they can scan into their system for tracking purposes. Contact Nonda with all this information including scanned documents from all parties involved clearly indicating to Nonda they never actually sent my package out & the reply from Kevin B.@Customer Care emails me back indicating I’m out of luck $174.93 because I did not contact them within 2mos. during COVID-19 pandemic Jan. Feb or March and now they can’t track my purchased package within their own processing/shipping dept. Really? Like this is USPS or my fault? No phone number to contact Customer care directly. Emails only with lame excuses & avoiding all together they never gave my package to USPS. This company is new & this is complete consumer fraud. Never buy from a company who only does emails with no customer service contact number to call. You only get the run-around seeing fraud everywhere on the internet of other consumers purchasing thru companies with only email contact & their product never received & no resolution for a refund.
E-mail is better as you have a written record of all communications. E-mail saved me a LOT of trouble dealing with a crooked real estate broker and crooked seller (a multimillionaire). I printed EVERYTHING out and contacted the Real Estate Commission of the state.
The crook QUICKLY refunded my earnest money and reimbursed me for my property inspection cost. And sent me an apology, claiming that they had “always” wrapped mortgages around.
Not when there’s a pay off on sale clause in the seller’s mortgage, bucko.
