Milamode took 32 days to deliver 4 or the 5 items I ordered. Deliver was promised in 4 days. Milamode shirt run small, and mens pants are like hcildren’s clothing – too small for my grandchildren – I am a 42 waist and these had to be no more than 30 inch, although their size chart suggested XL. Service staff takes days to respond to inquiry and do nto speak english well. The shirts are cheap plastic which I expect to fall apart on first wash.
I recently purchased from Milanoo and my shopping experience was pretty decent. The item I purchased looks exactly the same as the picture online. The quality is pretty good for what I purchased. The only issue is that shipping is pretty high with the company being based in China and it does take awhile to ship because of it going through customs I am assuming. Other than that, I am happy with my purchase.
I placed an order for a dress on March 8, 2019. Today is April 13, 2019. They have been paid, but I have not received a thing but a run-around and lies. Needless to say, I will NEVER order from them again!
I’m so glad I can put ZERO for the categories. Actually, the only thing that does deserve a good mark is the price, and this is probably due to the fact that everything else is garbage: you place an order, they give you the latest date for the item to be shipped, and then they don’t respect that. As a metter of fact, they make fun of you: order made on February 20th, was to be shipped on March 12th at the latest … Still nothing. I wrote around 12th-13th and they said “it can’t be shipped before March 20th, you’ll receive it before March 28th”, but I have the wedding a few days later and they were not considering customs! This if they ship at all, cause today it’s March 20th and today they replied to my request for updates “Yes we will be shipping before March28th”, changing their version cuz before I was going to RECEIVE before 28th, now this is the new date for shipping! Trust me, spending some less money is not worth the stress they will put on you (if you don’t lose your money)
