A negative aspect that is going to be mentioned in this Shopbop review is that although they offer free returns within 30 days, they do not provide exchanges for products that have been ordered from them.
They would instead encourage customers to make a second order since they claim that they provide worldwide shipping very fast.
This can be quite frustrating especially if you somehow failed to select the right item in your order and want to have it exchanged without having to purchase anything additional.
That is why before you pay for an order at Shopbop.com, double-check to see if its colors and sizes are what you really want.

Horrible customer service / company. They get their hooks into you and wont let go. They wont let you order as a guest. You must sign up. THEN they send you tons on emails even after you unsubscribe. They wont delete your profile. They keep your credit card information without asking. BEWARE of doing business with them. You’ll be a lifetime member like it or not.
First time ordering from Shopbop and it will be my last! I ordered a pair of jeans that didn’t work out. I placed them in the mail on 2.4.19 for return/refund. It took 2 weeks for shopbop to receive them. What kind of business is this?? It is now 2/20/19 and I still have not received my refund. I called today and they had to “manually” issue it in the system…smh! I foresee this company going under, they will never compete with Amazon or any other big companies out there with service like this. I now have to wait another 7 days for the refund to my bank…I’m not holding my breath
