Upack is a moving service that provides solutions for people looking to do cross-town moves and cross-country moves. They have a few different options of which include a moving trailer, a moving container, with moving services by ABF Freight. Upack charges by the amount of space used, rather than weight of the contents. This is the opposite of what most other companies do, and makes Upack a better option because of that fact. They will only move your stuff in a trailer and container, and never mix it with belongings from other households. This provides a sense of safety and security with a super low claim rate. CONS for uPack Reviews 2020

After talking with customers, I found that most of them had a great experience with Upack.com. However, there have been a few instances of trailers and containers not showing up and damaged goods that are not covered under liability. The storage units not showing up seems to be a miscommunication somewhere in their system and needs to worked on to avoid these kinds of mistakes in the future. Moving is usually very stressful for the homeowners, and even more so when they can’t rely on the moving service. That being said, it would be wise to call and check and make sure that your unit is on its way on the day of delivery, and even checking some days before to ensure they have it in their system. As far as goods not being covered by Upack, they have it clearly written that they are not responsible for damages due to packing. This just means that you have to pack in such a way that your belongings can survive the trip.
