I think it’s fake website, after filling out the forms, it was said that I need to provide more information to have it got processed, and also it said that I would get an email with more questions, but I had never received anything from it, and just 2 days after I paid $299, my account was deleted. I couldn’t even login. What a fake website! Be careful with it!
They overall did a thorough job on divorce papers. However when offered to pay for a third party parenting class for the custody thought I would sign up and deal with everything in one place. Beware you only have 30 days to complete or you will lose your money. customer service very rude and unsympathetic to the fact that I just forked out 180 for a service I would not receive.
no, it didn’t make it easier for me. they sold a blank QDRO form which could have been found online for free – refused a refund – refused to provide customer service – find a different provider
I contacted CompleteCase and it was a terrible experience. They did not want to write about the issues, but wanted to talk by phone. I will contact my bank and see if I can get my $538.00 back from this scam. Dean
I was skeptical. Could I really get this done with an online service at only 1/10 of the cost of a lawyer? But I did my homework and found out the company had an A+ rating with the BBB. After a little more research, I decided to give it a try since I knew my divorce was going to be uncontested. The staff was always helpful and empathetic when I called with questions. The clerk county’s office told me the judge might not accept my paperwork since I didn’t use the county forms, but they were wrong. The judge accepted my paperwork with no questions asked! The company really did deliver everything they said they would. I am very thankful for having found CompleteCase.com.

Your company did not provide the correct documents to at least 5 of your current clients for a legal New Jersey divorce.
I wasn’t even done filling out the information when someone called me from the company. Complete scam artist trying to get me for more money. I unfortunately read reviews after my transaction and I’m now out $300. I asked for a refund and they wouldn’t just refund it. They insisted on having someone speak to me. I demanded my refund again and they deleted my account. I can’t even log in to ask for my refund yet again. I can’t even get in touch with my bank to help me with it. Awful company. I would never recommend this website to anyone. Scam artists.
I should have listened to the reviews about this place. Absolutely horrible experience and it took forever I should have done it through the courts myself. To get in touch with someone is impossible most hold times were an hour plus one time it was 4 hours. I have asked for a refund on the VIP part which is total scam don’t do it. Much faster on your own. They have denied the refund said case had a docket number. I will fight this through my credit card company because I am now dealing with the court for remaining paperwork needed to get the divorce date. My divorce is easy no kids nothing to split up and this paperwork has been held up since March. Many times they had no idea where the paperwork was some where in a mailroom. That’s nice to know. The 2-3 business they tell you for turn around is more like 2 weeks. I say run run run I really wish I would have listened to the reviews I read. But thought how bad could it be mine is such a simple divorce process. Well they obviously couldn’t handle that.

This was not an easy thing to go do and I would not like to see others have to go through a divorce process. Completecase.com did make it much easier though.
