ordered a gps device on 6/27/21 and of today 7/10/21 have not received my shipment.no real answer on site .they keep on saying tomorrow.

They keep saying back-order. I can’t even email them and i don’t know why. undelivered mail. Will never use their site again. I don’t think it’s a real store just some 3rd party vendor.
Why does this site still exist it should be shut down.
Ordered an LG cell phone battery … policy is returns within 30 days … approximately 2-4 days after the 30 days expired, the battery started taking hours to re-charge … I emailed Factory Outlet Store that I was unhappy that there was obviously something wrong with my battery but unfortunately didn’t find out until my 30 days was up … a replacement battery was immediately sent out to me at no charge … I can’t ask for more than that … thank you, Factory Store Outlet … Happy Thanksgiving!
They advertise selling of Makita batteries with Mikita pictures and Mikita part numbers. Then, when i received it, it was a cheap chineese knockoff, with a white label affixed on the part stating it is replacement for the Mikita part. It is not a replacement, it is a cheap knockoff.
I asked for a refund and they wan me to pay a 15% restocking fee & pay for shipping.
Not sure who gave this company great review on this site – most sites say the same thing as me (promised OEM, received Chinese junk)

I ordered two pillows from this company and 1 MONTH LATER the product has NOT EVEN BEEN SHIPPED. I emailed the company 3 TIMES to check in on the status of my order and received NO RESPONSE from this company. This company provides ABSOLUTELY NO SERVICE and is a WASTE OF YOUR TIME AND MONEY! Worst experience I have ever had working with an online retailer or any retailer in fact !! DO NOT ORDER FROM FACTORYOUTLETSTORE.COM !!!! Rating = (-10) !
Like other people my buying experience was not good. Spent extra to get the factory battery as pictured on their website. What I got was a no name knockoff that was not even the same size. The off brand used the same number system as the major brand so they can say they sent me the correct battery. I could have saved myself time and money just going to the local farm store. I sent it back hoping for at least a partial refund (refund minus restocking fee). I called and waited the hour to get a representative and told them. It appeared to be a overseas call center with no interest whatsoever.

terrible experience. I ordered a couple phones, reconditioned. The operator gave impression the phones were almost new. Regardless of her description, these phones were terrible condition. Dirty, the face plate was missing, missing a bulb, badly scratched. Looked like something you would grab out of the trash. I returned everything. Yes they were good at returning a refund, however it was only a portion. After all said and done with return shipping and their “restocking” fees etc., I paid over $70 for nothing.
I have never had such a bad experience buying online. Ordered 6 refrigerator filters. They sent the wrong ones. When I went to change the filter 60 days later, it would not fit. I called them and asked for a refund or replacement of the correct filters. They refused to refund more than 3 of them, because it had been more than 30 days (even though they had never been unpacked). Not only that, but they refused to refund anything at all, but would only give me credit for other purchases. Then they told me that they DON’T STOCK THE FILTERS I NEED! I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told that he was busy! These guys are crooks and I am out $300 for filters that I can not use. AVOID THESE PEOPLE!
They advertise name brands then send knockoffs. I should have returned the not Dewalt batteries when I received them because they were knockoffs. But I needed the batteries. They lasted only 3 months and now are totally dead and will not recharge. Company wouldn’t refund my money or send replacements. I will never buy from them again.

My experience with purchasing a Simmons mattress from this company has been deplorable. A formal credit card dispute has been filed regarding this order. This is the worst customer service experience I have ever encountered in over 50 years of working in Sales and Customer Service. Each person that I spoke with has had NO FOLLOW THROUGH, NO EMPATHY, NO APOLOGIES, NO ANSWERS, NO NOTHING !
Not only did I not receive the product, every time I called your customer service area and actually spoke with a LIVE PERSON, no one took any initiative to follow up and personally contact me back to explain what the status was and when I could expect delivery.
No matter how I begged or pleaded with the people on the phone to let me know when the item would be delivered, NO ONE followed up. NO ONE.
Even as of today, after 6 weeks of waiting for answers, let alone a delivery, your company’s lack of coordination and communication was still in shambles. This morning, I get a phone call from two entities working in your delivery area that the mattress would be delivered, after I had repeated canceled the order, on the phone, by email and again by phone three more times. As of right now, I still don’t have any confirmation that my order was canceled and my credit card amount refunded.
HORRIBLE !! COMPLETELY HORRIBLE !! I will never do business with your organization again.
I ordered two Makita batteries. found them on the site and ordered them. I received a call today from them stating that they did not have the batteries in question. they stated they had a newer model for more money I requested a refund. they are sending the new and better batteries after I questioned why they had the discontinued on there site still. for the same price. but it will take longer for them to send them to me. will not use this site again.
I ordered $3000 worth of equipment under the direction of the salesman. I wanted 3D Structure Scan and requested that the transducer was compatible. The salesman assured me that the bundled project was compatible and it was not. Made multiple calls to the company expressing the concerns of my purchase and they would do nothing to correct the situation. Other than the fact that I could return the entire bundle (that I had already completely installed on my boat) and they would give me my money back. I paid to have these items installed on my boat only to find out that they did not work together. I am out a ton of money because of them and all they could say was “we will send you the right part at full price”; totally dismissing their errors!! I LIKE Lowrance and spoke with their Corporate office, they said the information that I was given by the salesperson was incorrect and I should have never been sold those items when looking for 3d structure scan in a bundle. When I called another distributor of this product, they also agreed with what Lowrance said; they were willing to give me a discount to earn my business for future purchases, when this company offered nothing.
Ordered a replacement filter for a Dyson air cleaner. Although they use the same part number as an actual Dyson filter, the filter received was not as pictured on website and extremely poor quality. Can’t return the filter, no original packaging. Just want others to be aware of bait and switch website.
