Cons: FloraQueen Review
The only negative thing that should be noted in the FloraQueen reviews is the fact that bouquets are not generally delivered on Sundays, so if that happens to be the day of your special occasion, you’ll need to arrange for the flowers to arrive on the Saturday beforehand. Happily, there are exceptions made to this policy when it comes to certain holidays, Mother’s Day included. If you’re ordering from the FloraQueen.com for another holiday that falls on a Sunday, just be sure to check with the company to find out if there will be deliveries on that day so that you can avoid any confusion.

t is now the 16th of February and FloraQueen has still failed to deliver the flowers and chocolates I ordered for my mother for Valentine’s Day. Their customer service is a useless, obfuscatory mess. I strongly caution against using this fraudulent service.
UPDATE: FloraQueen did indeed respond as they indicate below. But the response was in keeping with their bad faith: They refused to give me a full refund and instead presented me with a laughable, 10 Euro credit for a $150 order. The gift, btw, STILL hasn’t come (I type this at 1:00 p.m on 2/16; the latest I was promised was 2/15, and their own records say it’s still in preparation.)
I told FloraQueen that their response was unacceptable and insulting and that I disputed the charge with my credit card company. They will need to take me to court if they want me to pay for a service they manifestly did not deliver.
UPDATE 2: FloraQueen CLAIMED that the order was delivered on February 17th at 8:15 a.m. Not only would this have been 2 days after the order was promised but it was FALSE. The order was never delivered.
Now, they are asking me for more information. I would hope this review would be sufficient, along with sending them the order number.

Thanks for the email. But I would note: a) it comes THREE WEEKS after my last contact, and b) does not include the link referred to.
This, I’m sorry to say, is in keeping with the sub-sub-subpar level of service I have experienced from FloraQueen, and it underscores why I have contested the charge and have demanded a full refund. The bank that issues my credit card is looking into the situation. I will continue to spread the word about FloraQueen’s woeful performance in response to the order I placed in hopes that my mom would receive roses and chocolate on Valentine’s Day, an order that NEVER arrived, even after being told that it was arriving two days late after it was promised. An immediate, full refund would go some way toward repairing the breach. I advise you to do that.

I hope anybody reading this will stay away from this incompetent and/or fraudulent company.
If my experience is typical, this company should be out of business. I ordered flowers and chocolates for my mom. FloraQueen guarantees delivery by 2/15. They CLAIMED they delivered them on the 17th, but this is false. My mom never received them. When I complained, they had the temerity to offer only a 10 Euro credit on a $150 order. Their customer service is as laughably bad as their performance in general. I strongly counsel others to STAY AWAY and save your money. I am disputing the charge; they’ll have to take me court to pay for a service they manifestly did NOT render.
Their website says “same day or next day delivery”. I received an email stating that the flowers would be delivered the next day as requested. Then they took my money. The next day I received an email stating that the flowers would come the next day – they didn’t. The flowers finally showed up 3 days late for a funeral. Their response was to refund me the delivery charge and credit a future purchase with them. Why would I every order with them again. They made a promise on their website, in an email to me and then failed several times. Somehow they still feel justified in taking my money. There are many other options for you for flowers. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

I ordered flowers for Mother’s day on the 27th for both my mom and grandmother. I was told on the website that delivery on the 30th was possible. They mention on the French website as well that delivery is thru local flower shops. Instead, flowers have been delivered 4 days late, have been 3 days in transport, received today only. A few of the flowers look faded, a couple needed to be thrown away. Really really disappointing for a purchase of 100+ EUR. Oh, and flowers are coming from Spain and not from a local flower shop! Really scammy!!!
My order number 71407156 due on 24 May has not been delivered. And order 71406905 was only partially delivered as the plant was sent without the bottle of wine requested. I considered this totally unprofessional. My daughter received a message requesting feedback on the item received but not much can be said. I request that the money be reimbursed.Neither of the orders were on the cheap side
This company is a fraud.
When this company is good they’re good but when they’re bad, they’re awful! They delivered late my daughters birthday bouquet and gifts and she ended up with a box of broken garbage that was missing the card and vase I paid for. The only thing that survived was the champagne because it was well packaged. The flowers had no water and were dying, the candle was broken, the cookies were water damaged from the water that had leaked from the flowers. If they had apologized and offered to replace the items which was most of the order except for the champagne I would have been fine and even considered doing business with them again but they have only offered to pay for the missing items! I’m furious and dissatisfied with their poorly organized customer service. There are better companies out there. Even though I’ve had successful orders with them before I will not use them again. A company is only as good as when they fix their mistakes and Floraqueen has failed miserably!
I placed an order of €68.90 on May 10 (plant + birthday card + lindor box + teddy bear) to be delivered on May 15 for a family member’s 21st birthday. It hasn’t been delivered yet and the company’s customer service doesn’t respond to messages and/or emails.
Also, there’s no phone number available anywhere on their website so you can’t get them to respond.
Last but not least, just found out that, according to their policy, in order to get a refund you have to cancel your order 7 days before delivery date which, in most cases, means you have to cancel your order before even placing it!!!
Therefore avoid them like the plague they are!
I placed an order from Australia for a delivery to Germany. The delivery day was a day later than I requested but, understandable in today’s problems with C19. I was able to track the delivery and the flowers were fantastic. I will use Floraqueen again.

Do not order from this company. Lack of integrity! They will not send the same thing, will not deliver on time, and they will do whatever they can to avoid sorting the issues. Pm me for proof.
I ordered flowers a week earlier with a card. The day off delivery i got a track message that the parcel was going around Germany. Of course nothing was delivered nor the next day or ever. Multiple emails to customer service and no reply either it’s a scan and I should have checked better.
My order was not received on a set delivery date! All attempts to contact only result in an auto-reply. 3 days later and no flowers and no response!

Made a mistake of ordering flowers from this service before checking reviews. I am in Los Angeles and placed an order of flowers to my aunt in The Netherlands for her 91st birthday on Sunday 2/21. It was supposed to be delivered the Saturday before hand 2/20. The flowers never came. I did receive an email saying it had been shipped, but nothing after. I tried emailing them, calling, and disputing on their webform online, but no response. Nothing. I feel like they are a scam. I am disputing the charge with my bank, but I do not advise using this service at all. Terrible.
Avoid FloraQueen at any cost !!!! You will get only dissappointments.
The problems with Floraqueen are :
– The website make many promises, but Floraqueen do not act efficiently and professionally,
– No commitment to customer delivery,
– Answer to customer request with 3 days delay,
– No contact by phone is possible,
– Sending reminder for prompt delivery do not trigger any action in Floraqueen
– No sincere apologies send to customer from Floraqueen,
– Etc…etc…etc…
Furthermore, if I have a look to my delivery history with Floraqueen, the failure rates of in-time delivery is more than 50%, and is getting worst and worst in term of increasing delay and bad response….
And FloraQueen proposal to compensate those errors…. is a 20% discount on my next order !!!!!

For Christmas I, living in the Netherlands, had ordered a Christmas arrangement at Floraqueen for my niece in Australia. Costs about € 76.00. My niece never received a Christmas arrangement.
When placing the order, all information was entered correctly, but Floraqueen mixed up mine and the recipients addresses in the confirmation email.
Inquiry with Floraqueen resulted in the following ( partly) correspondence :
Floraqueen : We are very sorry to let you know that our courier company tried to deliver the flowers but the delivery address you provided was wrong or incomplete and they couldn’t get a hold of the recipient.
Floraqueen: However, please be informed that this order was already processed and can no longer be re-delivered due to perishable goods.
???How can FloraQueen give orders to a florist to make a delivery to an absolutely not existing address ??
??? And why did they not get in contact with the recipients address with the recipients phone number I filled in in the order form??
FloraQueen: *Florists’ duty is trying to deliver in the address provided but not calling the recipient.
!!!My opinion: collecting money and delivering nothing and making no effort is pure theft !!
Got delivered a bouquet of a very old flowers. They died 2 days later and also got a teddy bear that was a bit torn (heart not well stitched). I contact the customer service through website, sent 3 emails and no reply. I got a reply through their page on facebook and they offered me a 50% discount which for them is good enough to cover the deception of my girlfriend. I highly do not recommend them because once the only things that matters for them is money. If you have an issue with your package, no one is there to help you.
Flowers and chocolates were not delivered. No reply from customer service. Very poor company I do not recommend, Find a reliable company, this is fraud.

My first order of bouquet was delivered to the wrong address, to the neighbor. Have tried emailing them 3 times but have not responded. How can a company like this does not have a phone number? If you have issues it’s not addressed right away as you don’t know where to contact them.

The flower bouquet look totally different from the one that was ordered.
When it arrived at my sister home (as a birthday present) the flower were all broken, not to mention the condition of the box were they were stored. Extremely embarrassing!!

Ordered flowers to be delivered to Italy Friday 16th October. Flowers weren’t delivered due to an address issue. Their website had somehow mixed the recipient’s address and my invoice address to create a non-sensical delivery address. Customer service contacted me to clarify address which I did. I then chased daily for an update as my delivery was now really late. The website then stated 3 days later the flowers had been delivered, but they hadn’t. A week of trying to contact customer service and no response. They have my money but flowers never received.
Please don’t use this service – they obviously don’t care or are overwhelmed by dissatisfied customers and don’t have sufficient staff to cope. STEER CLEAR!!!
I ordered flowers from Canada to be delivered in Berlin, gave the recipients cell # so they could be alerted/contacted but flowers never arrived on the promised day, a Saturday. Recipients received a message on Monday, since no Sunday delivery, that flowers had spent almost two days at the Post office and they had to go to pick them up. I can only imagine what condition they were in!
Customer service apologized and offered refund and 20% off next purchase but after several emails back and forth have not received refund after 2 months.
Put an order on the 21 St of august. My order’s status 1 month later is still “being processed” . Mom never got her bouquet on her birthday in august. contacted customer service. still waiting on a reply
Horrible service and customer service.
I ordered an expensive flowers for my mom’s 93th bday. They didn’t deliver on time for no reason they cause a lot of sadness and anger and in the end I had to order another girl last moment which cost me a lot of money.
They refuse to refund the total amount and only refund the shiokkent which is ridiculous and offensive.
If they cannot commit to times they should not take a birthday flowers order.
Their customer service does nothing. I will never ever use their services and I hope many people will do the same this comment totally disrespects the customer
I am relieved and happy to report the flowers I ordered were delivered and the wonderful Lady is super happy with them.
I arranged some flowers well in advance of my mothers 90th birthday and they didnt deliver until the day after. No notice, no apology, no refund nothing. When I contacted them about it all they could say was ” well they got delivered”.
Do not use them under any circumstances.

I am disappointed with the flowers Flora Queen delivered to my friend in France. Nothing like what they advertised online. The bunch of flowers looked as if they had been dropped on floor. The flowers were not fresh and fewer than I expected. It is horrible and disappointing! I paid Euro75. It is not value for money at all!

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. Ordered flowers for my wife’s birthday. 3 weeks later we haven’t received the flowers or a refund. They happily charged me over 200$ without delivering anything. Furthermore literally nobody answers to emails or phone calls. THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE AVOIDED AT ALL COSTS. THEY ARE NOTHING SHORT OF THIEVES.

My review just adds to the disgracefulness of the company. Floraqueen are so dodgy it is unbelievable. I ask anyone that uses this company or rather is thinking of using them not to as they will take your money and you will not see any flowers. This is based on you not giving them a complete address. No one will contact you if they have any problems delivering and so you are then left wondering if the delivery ever happened! Their contact is poor also – leaving it far too late and the majority of customers left furious! Only use this company if you enjoy giving money to greedy and unprofessional people!

I ordered some flowers for my mother in Vienna and I had given clear instructions to contact my sister as my mother is elderly and cannot come to the door. My sister was never called and the delivery simply left a note with an address to collect the flowers. When my sister when to the address for the next two days the place was closed! When I emailed FloraQueen to explain the problem and ask for a second delivery of obviously fresh flowers or cancel my order with a refund they denied both options. If you are an international company and take orders from the world you need to do a better try to make deliveries. Flowers are perishable and you cannot just send them back to a delivery company warehouse and let it sit there for 3 days before they decide to open. This is nothing short of a fraud to me. Avoid this company at all costs.
Really, really terrible experience. Was offered a price of £59 for a bouquet (on offer, reduced by 30%) but AFTER clicking the checkout my card was actually charged £85. What was delivered was nothing like the picture of what I ordered – it was pathetic and embarrassing and certainly nowhere near worth £59 let alone £85.
I have exchanged 6 messages with customer services at FloraQueen, each time waiting several days for a response. So far they have refused to refund the overcharge and flatly deny that what was delivered was substandard despite providing pictures.

Do not use FloraQueen! Like most people I was ripped off with no flowers delivered! A shameful way to scam people who are trying to send gifts to their loved ones – disgraceful!

I have place an order on 12th February for my wife in Russia nad they send me an email on 14th that they cannot deliver flowers on time!!!!! Can you believe that? After two days they found out that they cannot deliver on time!!! They just useless. I will never use them again!! If you don’t want also not to fail to your beloved people stay away!!!!
I am definitely not recommending FloraQeen. The bouquet i order for my Mom bday was not worth it at all. I paid a lot of money and got undeveloped flowers much smaller than i order. It was ordinary cheating.

The website seems professional but they do not deliver the flowers as promised. It is a scam. I would never use the service again. I should have done my research. They email you and say delivery was completed but they don’t actually deliver. You can’t contact anyone to get an answer as to what happened. Lesson is buy local next time I guess.
I wish I could give this company a Zero rating because A MONTH later and after two failed delivery attempts the flowers have still NOT been delivered and we need to chase them up – AGAIN.
My sister and I ordered flowers for a family member who had a triple heart bypass surgery. He is based in Germany, my sister lives in New Zealand & I am based in Australia, so were unable to be there for him at a critical time.
FloraQueen did not deliver the flowers to the hospital – and failed to tell us. We needed to chase them up, only to be told that the courier company had damaged the flowers
We arranged a second delivery attempt to the recipients home. Again – they never arrived – and we were not told. A month later and still no flowers and only an offer of a ‘10% discount’ on the next delivery.
I will be taking this up with the local Consumer authorities as a scam. We have paid for a service for a loved family member when they were at a life critical phase in their life – and FloraQueen failed to deliver a basic gift of love and support.
The ‘no-care’ attitude on top of the non delivery has been jaw dropping. They are happy to take the $$ with no product delivery or customer service. Future Buyer Be Warned.
Floraqueen never delivered flowers, never left a note, never let me know flowers were not delivered. Had to find a local florist in Paris to get birthday flowers delivered on time. Requested full refund from Floraqueen. Still waiting, a week later….

0 stars from me too. The flowers that I ordered for a special occasion were not delivered on time. To make it worse they left it until 5-30pm on the delivery day to inform me, too late for me to make other arrangements.
FLOWERS NEVER ARRIVED – AVOID
Please don´t order from these people. My flowers never arrived. I then emailed to complain and they said my flowers are in a depot 100km away from the delivery address. They also would not make another delivery attempt. Above all, nobody left a failed delivery note so nobody was aware anybody tried to deliver. I only found out about the failed delivery AFTER I complained to them. The flowers are now rottening in a dept 100 km away.
They denied all of the above but I have the proof in my email account.
The customer service does not help you and the telephone number for the courier does not work. The customer service agent is different every time and they just give excuses over and over again.
Worst experience of my life in all regards.
I will NEVER, EVER use this service again! The flowers were delivered two days late and without the perfume I had added as a bonus item. I’ve been in touch with the company every day for a week to simply get my money back for the perfume, never mind the poor quality of flowers or late delivery, and I get one line responses that just prolong the conversation and never resolve the issue. I’m very disappointed and dissatisfied.

The most horrible service ever! Order that was prepaid 1 week in advance was not delivered on requested date and time! Highly not recommended unless you want to ruin somebody’s holiday.
