Overall Way.com is a pretty exciting and cool concept. Unlike other delivery and concierge services, they work to provide a full day or night of experience. Oftentimes Way.com is found to be cheaper than larger competitors, including big names like Stubhub. I love that fact that they thought to add parking into the ticket prices of events, and are more than likely to still be cheaper than competitors. Way.com makes it super easy to find entertainment on the go with three easy steps. It can also be an excellent place for sellers and stores to post their products and get their name out to consumers. It is really a win-win for consumers and producers. I would like to see Way.com available in more cities, but they have plans to do so in the near future.

Pros: Way.com Review

Way.com is a unique new way to order food and entertainment right from your mobile phone.

They have made it super easy to plan entertainment for an entire evening, or just order food to get delivered.

Way.com is doing so well, that they are even beating Stubhub’s prices consistently and include the price of the parking for the event as well.

They really have thought about all of the parts involved with entertainment, reducing the stress of finding and booking everything for a perfect evening, all the way down to the parking.

If you are a vendor, you can also post your listings on their platform for free, and customize your listings with your own brand photos and descriptions.

Way.com promises to make purchases as easy as Search, Click, and Buy.

Cons: Way.com Review

The two main drawbacks with their service are that it’s still in the startup/development phase.

This means they are still working out the kinks and service is going to be limited to few locations.

As of right now, Way.com is only available in a few of the largest cities in the U.S.

However, Way.com does have plans to expand into more markets in the future, eventually being available in every U.S. major metropolitan area.

  1. BEWARE! DO NOT USE WAY! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, LOW KNOWLEDGE OF PRODUCT/BUSINESS, MULTIPLE ISSUES! i WISH THEY HAD A 0 ZERO STARTS OPTION. I got a parking ticket first time using them even though my parking confirmation was laid out on my dashboard. IT GETS SIGNIFICANTLY WORSE!!! Second time using them they cancelled my parking of 1 month 2 weeks in because they looked at the wrong address and did not see my car (at the wrong address?!?!). This put in in harms way of being towed. THEY TOOK 2 WEEKS TO PROPERLY RESPOND TO MY ISSUE! I was out of the country and completely stressed out. They continued to BLAME ME FOR THEIR MISTATKES and then told me I had to pay for parking again and pay 50% more because THEY MISPOSTED THE COST THEY SHOULD HAVE BEEN CHARGING!!! When I returned to my vehicle IT HAD BEEN BROKEN INTO (I do not have a nice car and I basically only had trash visible inside). Way.com requires you to post the exact dates/times, your name, payment method etc on the receipt on your dash so that ANYONE AND EVERYONE CAN READ IT, EVEN CRIMINALS!!! DMV, insurance and auto maintenance documents were stolen out of my glove box, completely out of sight. A massive amount of sensitive, personal and financial information is being seen by God knows who. I was so wracked with anxiety, I spent 24 hours straight with no sleep contacting every single company and organization connected to my compromised info to put safety measures in place, police reports, plus setting up multiple safety measures with my credit and personal info. MY HOME ADDRESS IS EXPOSED PLUS A TON OF OTHER SENSITIVE INFORMATION!! This will cause me issue for days, weeks, months and potentially years. I have lived in Los Angeles for 22 years and never had a problem like this, and I have lived all over LA county and city, most places parking on the street. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! YOU WILL REGRET IT!!

    Like others I guess I got suckered into using this Website to book airport parking because of the low price. I booked back in October 2019 for parking near Orlando Airport for 10 days over the Christmas holidays. Got a confirmation, printed it out, even got a reminder from them a few days before, so thought everything was fine.
    So my wife and I set off on the morning of Monday 23rd December heading for Gold Park Airport Parking. When we arrived there were at least 6 cars waiting at the entrance, so I had no choice but to stop on a busy road with my hazard lights on. Nothing appeared to be happening so my wife got out of the car only to find that the gates were locked, there was a notice saying the parking lot was full and there was nobody in the front office! All of the people in front of us also had reservations and were just as perplexed as we were. So I phoned the number for the parking lot and the first thing this guy says is “Did you book with Way.com? They do this all the time – they overbook and we just run out of spaces and can’t do anything about it. You’ll have to find somewhere else to park and get back to them and they will refund your money.”
    So we had no choice but to move on, the clock was ticking, and we did not want to miss our flight, but I’m sure you can imagine how difficult it was to find an alternative nearby especially a couple of days before Christmas. Eventually we found a place, and had no choice but to pay top $. So instead of the $34 we paid Way.com we now have paid $178!
    What really kisses me off is I went back to Way.com, and they sent me a boilerplate reply (which shows me this DOES happen all the time), giving me a refund on my credit card and offering me a paltry $10 credit for a future booking!
    So even if I took their measly $10, I would still be $134 out of pocket. I did go back to them saying I was not satisfied with their response and gave them ’til after the holidays to respond but they have not bothered, hence posting this review.

Booked parking (EZ Toronto Airport Park and Fly Parking, 3356 Elmbank Rd, Mississauga, ON, Canada) with Way.com – parking attendant refused to honor Way.com booking in full and requested to pay extra at the car checkout time. Parking attendant advised to contact Way.com to resolve issue and request refund. Did that – Way.com “regretfully” refused to refund parking. Keep away from Way.com

    I made a reservation 26 days in advance… arrived at the lot to find a sign that said “lot full – no way.com reservation accepted” I pressed the attendant and he said I could pay the posted rate. I ended up paying double the reservation price (obviously the lot was not full!)

    + PROS: Lures you in with cheap prices
    - CONS: The parking lots oversell and don't have room for your car.

  5. I booked a winery trip with way on the website they offered hotel pick up and drop off I booked tis trip two weeks ago now they tell me iI can cancel when I only have a few days to go on my trip now they tell me there is no hotel pick up or drop off very poor management

    When I got to the hotel to park…. They told me that they have discontinued airport parking with Way.com a year ago. They finally agreed to let me park if I book a $112 room for a night. They do not have a shuttle, so I had to wait for a cab. By the time I got to the airport it was too late to check in luggage and had to delay my vacation travel to Tampa by a day. I was expecting that Way.com will reimburse me for this reservation + the $36 cab to airport + $26.50 back to hotel, but they have no compassion. Do not recommend! Stay away from this service!

    I bought parking through this website and arrived at the hotel. The hotel manager informed me that the shuttle was out of order so I parked at the airport instead. I immediately called the company which directed me to email them or go online for a refund. I emailed them and never heard anything back, I then had to open a chat session and email them multiple times just for them to ask for proof that I parked somewhere else. This is all over $10!!! Totally ridiculous hoops to jump through and still didn’t get my money back.

    This is a horrible company. We paid for our reservation ahead of time w them and when we got to the parking lot they wouldn’t honor our reservation. We almost missed our flight and this caused a considerable amount of stress and way.com didn’t seem to care at all about my situation.

When I pre-purchased the parking space on 2-22-20 Way’s written policy they sent me clearly states that I’m entitled to a full refund if I cancel at least 24 hours prior (copy of their policy attached). I cancelled on 3-22-20 by email. At that time they still hadn’t changed their policy. They ignored my request. I resent it on 3-25-20 and they responded with a refusal to refund my money. Their website on that day still had the same full refund guarantee. The next day they changed their policy on their website.
    They state they have already credited my “Way” account. That is a lie. I don’t have a Way account. I have never agreed to or authorized this action. I have repeatedly told them I don’t agree to getting “Waybucks” and that I requested the refund before they changed their policy. Nor have they bothered to send me any information regarding how to access this alleged account. They are simply attempting to fraudulently keep people’s money and hoping no one complains. This is a dishonest, disreputable company trying to maintain their corporate profits by taking advantage of American citizens during this pandemic. It’s disgraceful and all of their corporate double talk about how we need to support the travel industry which somehow includes parking spaces is baloney. I need to support my family and myself, not their corporate fat cats.

    I booked this reservation in December 2019, long before Covid-19 became an issue in the USA, and long before Way.com changed their refund policy. I attached a screenshot of the cancellation policy, straight from their website. I booked the reservation based upon the fact it states “Fexible. You can cancel the parking reservation anytime before the check-in time for a full refund. Money back guarantee, no questions asked!” Money back guarantee is just that, MONEY BACK!!! Not a refund in Way bucks!!! This is fraud!!! Way states a money back guarantee, but are not giving money back. They are stealing my money!

    I will be reporting this to the Attorney General’s office, and will be bombarding social media with complaints and bad press over this! I am not the only person this affects! I will urge others affected by their fraudulent policies to do the same!.

    I’m forced to give 1 star but I’m giving 0 stars for BOTH way.com and Wally parking. First of all, I initially signed up for a different parking company, way.com automatically changed my order and sent me a notice via email without consulting me first. AND THEN, when I get to Wally (near SeaTac International Airport in WA), the gates are blocked off with a sign that said “lot full.” I assumed they took into account/included the number of reservations as well. So I parked at retail visitor parking and I walked inside to the main office and mentioned my reservation, the parking attendant cut me off and said JUST WAIT MAAM. I waited patiently and then asked 10 minutes later, “hi, I have a flight to catch. Could you just open the gate so I can park? Or point me where to go?” And she said, “you’re going to have to park somewhere else. Don’t you see the lot is full?” I said, “what?? Park where? I made a reservation way in advance. And why didn’t you tell me when I first got here.” And she said, “don’t worry you’ll get your refund.” I told her that’s not the point, and I asked to speak to the manager. She said he’s busy. What is the point of reservations then??? The attendant and manager were not apologetic for the situation, and could care less that I had a reservation. Good thing I’m an early traveler.. if I was running late, I would have missed my flight because of you all. Unbelievable. The parking attendant told me, “you better hurry up and go find parking at other lots, because EVERY lot around here is booked completely.” So she knew that she was possibly sending me out there with nowhere to go, and not even a single sorry or F given. THANKS GUYS ! Go to other websites, they will tell you if reservations have been overbooked.. or just arrive way earlier than usual and drive around the area to look for open lots. There are cheap lots, cheaper than this site is charging anyway. I learned for next time and will be driving around without making an online reservation. It’s safe and cheaper that way. There was another family that went through the same thing, and we helped each other find parking and realized we got a better deal.
