  1. Ordered 4 hearing aids on December 7,2020. Today I DEcember21,2020 and I have not received my aids yet.
    Called sent email no answer, worst customer service I have ever received.

  2. HMM, I PURCHASED A SET OF AIDS FOR MY HUSBAND, HE DID NOT LIKE THEM. I RETURNED THEM WITH NO FUSS, EXCHANGED FOR A CHEAPER PAIR AND WAS FULLY REFUNDED THE BALANCE WITH NO RESTOCK FEE.

  3. I kept trying to order a hearing aid and kept getting kicked off the site, or the site just faded to pale shades of blue and red and nothing I did would direct me to check-out. I do not trust this company at all. Something is very wrong. I tried again this morning but got the same results I did a month ago. I would not trust this site with any personal information if I were you.

  4. Purchased a Tactear quite a few years ago for the left ear and it still works perfectly. Recently purchased for the right ear and the red tip holder cracked apart while I treated it the same way as the left ear model. No warranty so I’m out $300 bucks for what I believe was a defective product. Have done quite a bit of business with this company but I rest assure you
    it is over at this point.

  6. I am tired of trying to get a response from this company.

  7. Trying to buy aids and can’t get through to anyone on any ext.tried all of them. I guess this should bring up flags and whistles.

  8. This company does not answer phone calls or emails even when you leave message you want to buy a product listed on their web site. A sham as far as I am concerned. Buyer beware!!!

    I also am unhappy with your service. Why can I not get a reply. I need help with the volume–the directions in the small booklet DO NOT HELP ME. Is there anyone out there who will respond.

  10. Quality, sales support and overall service is third rate. It is a form of a scam, in my opinion, to charge a “10% re-stocking fee” for a product that does not meet a customers’ needs. Sales person untrained and did not answer questions in and intelligible manner. Should have been a dead giveaway. The product ordered was for a woman. The product received was adequate for a large man. Customer service is non-existent and anyone trying to return product is in for a real treat. Numerous unanswered phone calls. Replies end up in email spam and are difficult to find. This is not a professional organization. I have done business with three Aid marketers on line in the past. All returns refunded 100%. My mistake.

  11. I purchased a set of aids and did not like the volume control. I exchanged them for a different type. I had no issues with the return and was promptly refunded the balance. Since then I have purchased a new set of aids, had questions and via email promptly received answers. My wife is currently shopping for a set of hearing aids, she had questions sent an email on a Sunday received a reply Monday morning.

  12. I am very unhappy with your service. I have been trying to contact you for months and all calls are routed to a phone bank that seems to have nothing to do with your company. The people I speak to are very friendly and try to help me but cannot get you to respond to my problem. This is ridiculous I have spent hundreds of dollars and you won’t even give me a call about a problem that you caused.
