The only issue that has been observed with the
HeatandCool.com is with regards to its policy for damage during shipment. The online store will not be liable for any damages that occur to the item when delivered to the client especially if they were unable to check for problems in the first place. This means that you will have to bring this up with the carrier as this is not under the company’s scope of responsibility anymore.

Complete scam of a business. I ordered an AC/Heater wall unit that was listed “In Stock” and had not recieved in in over a month. Many emails and phone calls hade gone unanswered. Finally recieved a call from Yosbany Santos (employee #518) and they advised they were unsure why I hadn’t recieved the unit. They “called” the manufacturer while I was on hold and said they were advised of a delay and it would be 2 more months until delivery. They said they were not aware there would be delays. I asked to speak to Yosbany’s manager and he advised that higher managers “do not speak to customers” He stated his managers name is Marvin. Yosbany was unable to provide any explanation as to why an item listed as “in stock” was not actually in stock. The only resolution offered was to cancel the order or wait 2 more months for the item. Bad company, terrible customer service… Buyer beware!
Total scam! Poor shipment/product delivered and not only did it took them 3 months to process the return, they charged me hundreds of dollars for the return. DO NOT ORDER from this place or you’ll absolutely regret it!
Not reliable at all, I would not recommend them to anyone. Left numerous emails and phone calls and never received a response. They were fast to charge my credit card and then absolutely no delivery and response to calls on where the conditioner was at.
Would not advice anyone to use them.

I have had a great experience with HeatandCool. They provided amazing products and services. Their customer service practices made feel comfortable when going through the process.
Do not order from them they canceled my order said I was trying to commit fraud then didn’t want to answer the phone when I called fifteen times so I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone guess if you want a new system installed or replaced go to someone else we are a family of six just trying to get a good deal on a system to have installed and they say I was trying to commit fraud that’s nonsense they take your money right away and send you an email three days after your order saying canceled what a carp shoot
I have bought 2 units and both have stopped working. I never can get anyone on the phone and customer service is terrible.
Read the return polity. It is ridiculous. If the shipping company loses your item YOU are responsible. That’s just one of many ridiculous terms in the return policy.
I order an gas furnace from them and paid with a credit card on a Saturday. The following Monday I called to see if my order was received the customer rep told me it was received but more info was needed. I thought it odd I had to call them to find out they needed more info from me, but I sent it via email and asked to be contacted if anything else was needed. Then called that Wednesday to get shipping info to find out my order was canceled because they couldn’t contact me on Tuesday to get more info. I had no miss calls and asked them if they used my email. They told me it was canceled and there was nothing that could be done I’d have to reorder. The manager was rude and unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone!
The worst….i ordered a 18000 BTU heat pump online after reviewing there website and looking at there reviews. WHEN the Mini split arrived I inspected the boxes and unit itself. Everything seemed fine. Next I hired a Liscensed and insured HVAC tech to come by and install it The HVAC technician could not get the Outdoor Unit and Indoor unit to connect and we both came to the conclusion that the Item was Dead on Arrival.. DOA
I wish I called them first before ordering. They are the worst customer service I have ever witnessed from a company.
I bought my unit from them which I received after three week and when technician arrive to install it was damaged, from inside the packing, I called and they was very rude , just told me to contact carriage company because order was placed thirty days ago, I told them I received order just week ago but they was saying our policy to contact carriage company. we can not help you, buy another unit.
I am disappointed I will never buy again from them, and recommend to every body not to buy from them by locally and save your time and money.
Yes. Very true. Heat&Cool.com sale Klimaire mini splits units…I bought 4 and all have lasted only 4 years each instead of 15-20 years as other brands do. The last unit I bought from them, is still under warranty but since that unit is no longer being made.. I am not able to replace the parts I need…this company don’t care about their customers. Also, if you don’t register the product… they won’t honour the warranty. They make it really hard for the customers to file a claim with them and you better remember when it was install exactly and many other dumb questions otherwise they won’t honour the warranty.. I say buy another brand from a different dealer to save some headaches . Is worth it Togo elsewhere. Will never buy from them again…?

I purchased a $1000 unit. Shipping was prompt, units arrived in two packages, one day apart (not their fault). I ordered an $80 installation kit, which was never included (of course, this was a Friday). I called on Monday, talked to someone, said someone from their company would get it touch. Never did. Called again Tuesday, voicemail. Emailed Tuesday. No response. Call again Wednesday, voicemail. Emailed again, two different email addresses. Nothing. Tried their Facebook page. Nothing. Ended up filing a chargeback with my credit card company for the $80. Total BS. Just tell me you don’t have the part, refund my money, it would have saved me a week. Now I have to buy the kit from someone else and delay my installation even more.
Will never buy from you again, and will let everyone know your customer service sucks.
Or ac unit wit 3 months after installation. The service technician said the coil had a leak, most likely a manufacturing defect. We called Goodman and they say the unit is covered until 2020, but we needed to contact “heat and cool”, since that’s where we bought it. We are going on 4 weeks of nothing but a run around. We are told to call different numbers and get no results. Not only would i never buy anything from them, i would never buy a Goodman. They are giving us the run around also. What a waste of time and money. Lesson learned.

Never got receipt, confirmation, or tracking info. Nobody’s home.
Took money right away. No replies on messages or emails for three days.
