I personally had a very bad experience with Horseloverz. I ordered a blue lead rope and was assured I could expect it within a week. Well, after nearly a month of waiting for the lead rope, it arrived! Of course, I was happy to have it and immediately opened it. It was clearly not damaged in shipping because the box was 100% fine, as was the bag the rope was in. But, the lead rope was bleached! I don’t know what happened but it looked awful. It was crusty and had the signature pinkish-whitish bleach color all over it. After continually trying to contact them to ask for a refund, I gave up. I definitely don’t reccomand them. I don’t know if what I experienced is unusual or not with them but I’d steer clear.
Horseloverz has a reputation for not delivering ordered items in a timely fashion. I ordered an item from them that they said would ship the next day, however I didn’t even get shipping confirmation or a tracking number as promised for 4 days after the order, I am still waiting and it’s day 5. I guess the items do eventually get delivered, and are fine, but it’s a nightmare wait to finally receive them, or to try and cancel an order or return anything. I would like to cancel my order and get it elsewhere so that I’ll have it promptly.
