Their In The Swim reviews have been quite positive due to the fact that not only do the company offer online tips, but they also provide people with next day deliveries on more than 500 items.

CONS:
The only problem that you may find in this InTheSwim.com review is that they do not provide returns for custom ordered items right now, unless it was a factory defect. This means that once you have made your decision on the customized order that you have placed, there won’t be going back. People will not be refunded even if they wish to change their minds once the items have been sent out at IntheSwim.com.

You had no problem taking my payment for my order. However this company has screwed the whole order up and as of today 8-16-21, I Still do not have the item I ordered and Paid for. My original purchase date was 7-2-21. They could Not get me a person with some authority on the phone until I said I would put this awful experience on All social media platforms, Then they “found” a supervisor. This company has screwed up this order and I Still do not have what I paid for. They Did send me a defective part and can Not seem to get the replacement correct. I will Never do business with Leslie’s In The Swim again. I have demanded a Full refund for this order. Let’s see how long it takes them to refund my purchase price- they got my payment immediately. Worst experience I’ve ever had buying online. In The Swim is running a scam. They shipped me a previously used and broken part when I ordered a new one. This was done through Amazon. I explained to Amazon what the problem was and even provided Amazon evidence that In The Swim scams their customers and so far Amazon has done nothing about it. In The Swim refused to exchange or refund my money. Even though I was polite and gave them multiple chances they refused and even resorted to calling me names other than my own. The review ratings on Amazon and Google are artificially high because companies have ways of influencing them. If you hesitate to trust sites like this one check the BBB and you’ll get the correct info
Ordered two pool covers in September; one was a floating cover for safety of my small dog and the other was a mesh cover that lets water through but catches leaves. I never even got an order confirmation from them but received my order timely. However, it was missing the water bags that were supposed to come with the mesh cover. I called and spoke with Customer Service who researched my order, apologized for the mistake and told me that I would receive the water bags in about a week. They never came. Extremely disappointed, I contacted them again in mid November (after having to close my pool without the bags using ropes) and this time was totally lied to. The agent told me that he could not find my order, which I could not anymore either, and then after I sent him a photo of my shipping label off the box suddenly decided that the cover I ordered did NOT come with water bags; even though previous agent told me that it was a mistake and they would be sent. Evidently, someone was lying and I do know what I ordered. I did hours of research about what I wanted. TOTALLY FEEL RIPPED OFF!!
This sounds like a Raving review and maybe back in 2014 they were good…not any more! In 2014 they replaced our solar cover under warranty for the same reasons the replacement was turned down for. The thicker solar cover comes with a 7 year warranty that now ONLY covers the seams. So when you’re losing a hundred little blue dots a day, they blame it on your pool chemistry. How convenient since they don’t live locally for you to even take a sample over to prove them wrong.
You know they’re selling junk when they advertise on their site it takes 10 to 12 days for a warranty person to get back in touch with you. Then they want pictures so there’s another 2 weeks until you back from them…so I called them instead…and was turned down on the s warranty after 2 seasons of use…less than 12 month use on a 7 year warranty. Shame on them…we are done!
