Ordered a wide shoulder tank top with a country style flag on the front. They sent the wrong shirt and the design is smaller than what was supposed to be on it.

Purchased a cute sweatshirt for xmas. Using their size guide, (a size 10-12) I had to order their “XL” (supposedly 12-16, since the “L” was specified as an “8-10”) OK, so I thought, it will be a little roomy which is fine. It arrived in a fairly timely manner, however the sweatshirt is easily a 2- 3X. It’s HUGE. And the graphic is faint and blurry unlike the advertised picture.

Reached out to customer service to inquire about an exchange for a medium. Timely communication back initially but it took 4 days and 4 CSR’s to inform me they don’t offer exchanges nor do they provide a label to ship it back if you are returning it. You have to pay for the return.

It was a run around over a 10 day period Trying to get answers that made sense from their CSR’s. They use false advertising- bait and switch – send you a “huge sale 50% coupon showing an item you like, so you go to the website and suddenly that item you want is NOT part of the “so called” sale. Crazy frustrating.

I decided to just return the shirt for my money back after they told me I had to **”buy another sweatshirt and they’d refund me for my other one..” sure they would?

After balking at having to pay to ship it back, I was told they would reimburse me for the shipping on top of reimbursing me for the sweatshirt… and right then my gut instinct kicked in- why bother paying $13 to ship it to Idaho and actually expect this sham of a company to make good on their promise to “reimburse me $27 PLUS $13 for shipping”. It will never happen.

I am angry at myself for falling for it. I really like the sweatshirt and haven’t been able to find one like it elsewhere. But This company is just another scam of cheaply made products, false sizing, (they do that so you will choose the wrong size and be shit out of luck with refunds or exchanges on YOUR dime.), purposeful rat race mixed up communication from the CSR’s, false advertising, and stealing your money.
I will be reporting them to Facebook, where I made the purchase on marketplace, the BBB, and the FTC. They need to be stopped.

I ordered a pair of shoes from Jane.com in July of this year. I paid $30.22 via paypal for my purchase, which was reasonable. However, I received a notification again in September that was was charged AGAIN for the same shoes and got an email from them thanking me for my order. I did not order anything else from them. I called them, I chatted with them, I sent screenshots of the double charges on different dates and emailed them to the address that customer service gave me and I still have not gotten refunded the additional $30.22 that they charged my account. BUYER BEWARE!!!

Low quality clothing. unreliable customer service. In despite their refund policy they will not refund your money. I recommend not to order from this website. They charge too much for shipping.

False advertising satisfaction not guaranteed , yes there is a risk in your no risk purchase you’ll receive holes in your clothes with no refund this place should be put out of business
