Hi, ordered from lampshoponline a couple of days ago and had no order confirmation from them, tried ringing the 08 … phone no – ansaphone and no one picked up … heard nothing and am wondering if they even exist …
Has anyone experienced communication problems?
I made an order with them on 4th Jan. I did get a confirmation and an e receipt however, the order is now well overdue and I am still awaiting delivery. I have been in touch with them over email but am still to get a reply.
