Update of my previous comment.
I ordered from this website three years ago and around six years ago. Although they were a bit slow in delivering (I live in Australia so allowed them for that), they seemed fine and I was happy with what I ordered.
I made a recent order a month ago. Typically there’s no email confirming shipping, no tracking and a refusal to respond to my three emails asking for an update. On the website it states under my order that has been completed.
Like the commenter above, I’ve had to escalate it to PayPal. Needless to say, I won’t be making another order from them.
Quite honestly, running a company in this way is bizarre to say the least. Why would you antagonise your customers in this way?
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE! I ordered a bag as a gift in January, it is now March and I have not received my order nor any sort of update. I lost track of how many times I emailed and called them with out a reply. I am now disputing the transaction through PayPal because the payment was cleared as soon as I placed the order (of course). Don’t waste your money with them.
Had a great experience. Would not hesitate to purchase from them again.
