They even sell two different versions of hover boards. The curated items that are available through them are only the highest rated and best quality, and will stand up to the test of time. Their return policy is a 30 money back guarantee for all items that are unworn and in sellable condition with receipt. Outro Shop has free shipping on orders over $100, which is an added benefit of shopping with them.

CONS:

There were a few negatives from Outro Shop. If your total order is less than $100, then you expect to pay shipping fees. When I purchased an item under $100, the shipping cost was $13.60. This leads me to believe that they charge shipping based on how far away you live from the warehouse and possibly the value of the item. The other drawback was that the customer service hours are limited in during the week, and it’s completely closed down on Sundays. If you make a late night purchase like I did and you have issues, then you will have to wait until the next day to get help.

Overall, I had a great experience with Outro Shop. The one thing that I did not like was the price of the shipping for orders under $100. Anything over $10 for apparel seems a little steep to me, and I would compare total price including shipping with other stores, only if your order total is less than $100. However the free shipping option for orders over $100 is a great benefit to take advantage of. They also have a pretty cool rewards program, where you can actually earn reward points to apply on future purchases. The quality and choice of the brands and products they sell is great, at least from a guy’s perspective, and I would definitely buy from here again. The other thing I would consider when buying is that customer service is not available 24/7 so plan your shopping accordingly.
