The only drawback that can be said in this Tickets For Less review is that since they are a secondary market, tickets can be priced above face value.
Their tickets though are always priced at a fair market value. They are also, not affiliated with any team, box office or venue.
Most ticket sites will add a hidden fee or service fee at the checkout. TicketsForLess.com does not do this, which is definitely a good thing to consider when purchasing tickets.

I was the victim off fraude on tickets for less. Allmost impossible to contact them.
Oh heck NO! The first time I used this service (about a year ago) I got exceptional value for my purchase. That being said this time I had a 20.00 coupon and selected two $40.00 tickets. My tickets arrived today and they have a $30.00 face value and I paid $80.00 for the entire transaction (no parking was not included). So the proof is in the pudding and in this review. Run away and do not use this service. Unless of course you like doing business with thieves.

I wish I could give this a negative rating!! This was the absolute worst customer service I’ve ever come across. Bought Cubs mobile tix on a Tuesday, was told I would receive them by Thursday. I received a confirmation email telling me I needed to download an app, register, and let them know it was done. I never received ANYTHING in my email after I responded to them.
Unfortunately, I misunderstood the email and downloaded and registered for the wrong app. I am taking full responsibility for that mistake. I was stupid to think once the tickets were sent the company would let me know they were ready to be viewed and used. Had this been the case, I would have known right away something was wrong.
When I still hadn’t received my tickets on Friday, I called their customer service. This is where things went downhill. On Friday I was told that this was new to the company and they were using a different service and was told to download ANOTHER app, register, and let them know it was done. When I woke up on Saturday morning, and still hadn’t received the tickets, I called again and was told to download ANOTHER app, register, and let them know it was done.
At this time I was being told over and over, “We’re having problems, but you will have your tickets by game time. Not sure what the problem is, but you will have them by gametime.”
Another hour passes and still no tickets!
I am now on the phone with another person, who says I was given my tickets on Tuesday, and there’s nothing that can be done. When I told them there’s no way they sent them where they said they did (the 3rd app I downloaded) they informed me they could not resend the tickets again, sorry. At this point, I had never received a thing to my email or the 3 new apps I have downloaded.
I started doing research on my own (2 hours until gametime), contacting both the MLB app and the Cubs myself. Once I spoke with the Cubs, they pretty much laughed in my face and said I was being lied to and the tickets were never sent to me and that TicketsforLess could resend the tickets 1,000 times if no one ever confirmed pickup.
I got on the phone again with customer service and was told a 3rd person was resending the tickets, something I was told over and over again was IMPOSSIBLE. I waited until the bottom of the 1st inning and still no email or tickets showing up to any of the options and had to purchase my own at the ballpark.
During this ordeal, I was told over and over again, “Of course if we’re not able to get this resolved, we’ll refund your money, sorry for this inconvenience.”
FYI, this was never resolved and they have refused to refund my money, they have accepted no responsibi
