The only negative aspect of the Shindigz.com reviews is that their return policy does not cover products that have been custom printed, specially cut or assembled. In addition to that, hats, tiaras, temporary tattoos or any apparel that has been worn, as well as any food items are also not returnable. This is due to health regulations. As for other items, only products which have not been used and have unbroken seals and packaging may be returned within 45 day of receipt. All other products which have been opened are not eligible for a refund at Shindigz.com.

BEWARE!!!
I rarely do reviews but in this case…. I must warn other people about this company!!! I ordered everything from balloons, tablecloths, piñata, dinnerware and all decorations for my grandsons first birthday on May 12, 2020. The venue booked, food planned, cake ordered and invites sent all based on airplane theme that I had ordered. May 18, I emailed customer service to make sure that everything was running on time. I received email that they was busy but reassured me of my order would be on time. On May 22, I noticed I haven’t received an email stating my order was shipped or any tracking info. I emailed customer service once again and asked about my order. I got response (Lisa) that they was running behind and she could not promise me that I would receive my order in time. In fact, it has been 10 days and my order has not even been printed, in fact she didn’t know when it would be. In shock, I explained that it has been 10 days, with no word from them that the order would not be sent in time and I have 70 people coming to a party and I have nothing and now I have no time to order anything to be able to receive in time. Being desperate I ask what could Lisa ( customer service specialist ) send out so I could have some kind of party. There was nothing else she could ship , all trucks had left or something but offered to cancel my order for me. This was the only solution Lisa, the customer care specialist, was willing to offer.
