Looking through the website HQHair.com, and researching the company, we must state some negatives.
There was the occasional customer who had issues with shipping/returns, but a customer service representative always replied to the customer, trying to assist and help in any way possible.
To me that shows the level of dedication and care that HQhair has for providing their customers with the best experience possible.

Beware when purchasing that HQ Hair is misrepresenting products on their site, I purchased a 95ml hair oil & was sent a 25ml sample. I informed them of mistake and after having to provide evidence to them to prove their own mistake (Amongst other things had to send them screenshots from their own website which they clearly have access to- why make the customer do this?) they have now stopped responding, has been 12 days since they said they would correct mistake and no response to my follow up message.
I can only assume from this behaviour they are hoping I’ll give up as they were able to return messages within hours previously, so it’s not a staffing issue.
Would not recommend, avoid as they are incompetent & have poor customer service at best, and at worst potentially fraudulent.

Ordered Olaplex Hair Products on 30/03/2020 – value £105.00.
Ordered not received.
Five requests for delivery or refund and still not resolved!
Competed paperwork requested and sent five times – site will not allow the form to be attached as a download, despite there being this option? Posted form and letter too.
Now taking court action – have checked other reviews and all say poor customer service and poor refund service – Im not sure I believe the positive reviews – think these are fake reviews, together with fake products!
i think this may be a SCAM site, and/or fake products but I can’t be sure aa I have not received anything? No respectable company could take this long to deliver or refund, so I assume it is fake/scam! if you try them pay by credit card to enable you to be protected under consumer rights so your money may be safer than mine!
