I purchased a Rolex from Authentic Watch and it was a nightmare first off I agreed to purchase a certain watch and date range the watch was to be new.
The CSR explained that the scrambled serial numbers was of a various range and that was what I was to receive and that wasn’t what I got totally misled and the watch I received was much older and the were deceptive in there actions.
I spent $14250.00, when i figured out what they had done the apologized for the error and promised to replace it as it was sent back a week later they tried to say the watch was scratched and they then tried to extort 3250.00 out of me to get the correct watch to correct there mistake, the reason i know there intentions was intentional is when they agreed to replace the watch it was going to take 3 to 4 weeks to obtain one. They offered me 200.00 to keep the watch which I never received. They never had the watch i agreed to purchase. This company is deceptive and I would not for any reason buy a thing from them, BUYERS BEWARE!!
