The only negative aspect that one can observe when buying at Beddinginn.com is that you will have to inform the company that you will be returning their products to them in case of any issue.
Returning items without informing the company would result in the situation not being handled by them.
Folks that have also requested for a return will have to wait a maximum of one week for them to get their confirmation of being able to return the items back to the company.

What a scam!! I ordered seat covers, received them without the parts to install them. Tried multiple times to reach them. NO LUCK!!! $305.85 down the friggin drain. DO NOT order from them, God knows ‘where they even are’?? BS
I wouldn’t even give them a one out of ten
I will be reporting them to my bank. I made a purchase for seat covers a little over a month ago and still have not gotten what I ordered. When I asked to cancel my order and get a refund since I just heard that my seat covers are still located in China and I live in the USA, I was told no because “it already shipped.” The person that helped me was Lea and they were extremely unprofessional and did not try to fix the error. I was offered $40 off if I spent even more money at this company and in order to get this $40 off I would have to spend over $100. It was a constant battle between me and this Lea person and I told them if they couldn’t refund my order I would like a refund for the shipping fee at the very least. Once I finally got an agreement, Lea told me the refund would take a month. When I asked for a supervisors number I was told they’re all on vacation as well as most of the employees. It’s a scam and I do not recommend this business or website to anyone. It was unprofessional, rude, and unapologetic.
I will write another review in March to say if my seat cover came in and if they did what quality they were.
Absolutely horrible! SCAM! DO NOT ORDER! I was so sorry that I didn’t check them out to begin with. I’m hoping since I paid with Paypal I will have some resolution. Ordered a comforter for my daughter for Christmas. Never received. Sent numerous messages. Had to file a claim with PayPal. BeddingInn wanted me to drop the claim then they would “prepare” my order. I told them no way and to ship the item. They still didn’t. I gave them until Jan 4th to respond with shipping information. Still nothing. I escalated the claim with Paypal and hopefully I will get my money back. Run for the hills with this company.
The photo curtain I ordered has a very poor quality photo on it. It is so badly pixelated that I can see each pixel as a little square, making the photo look all blurry. I do not wish to hang this product in my lounge room. They will not allow me to return it for a refund. Offered me $10 US, which is nowhere near the cost of the product.
I order a duvet blanket and sheet set, it does not look how it looks on the website, paid almost $200, and it wasn’t worth $20 the stitching is horrible, this place is located out of the country so if you send your product back, its not worth all the grief!! I think it’s a scam, and maybe because I was got!!
I received a shower curtain but it was the worst I have ever seen, it took them over a month to make it and when I got it someone sewed the wrong side of the hem! The hem faced outward and you could not reverse it because the flowers would have been on the back side. But I can’t believe they keep the delivery charge and you pay for it! How is this possible and then on top of that you need to pay to send back! This is a scam of a place, not a company to deal with!
I order a duvet cover on 8th of Feb, said 3-5 day delivery (thought awesome as was for my son’s birthday on 2nd March). Its now the 13th of March – NOTHING. NO email to said it is shipped (as they stated would happen with tracking details).
Sent email asking where is was on 22 Feb to find out where my order was. Got this reply…… “Due to The Spring Festival in our country, we will be on holiday from February 14th to February 21th. We will send the item at the end of this month. Deeply sorry for any inconvenience we caused. Hope you have a nice day. ”
This is rubbish as I order before there dam spring festival so it should have been shipped and received by the 14th!!!!
I am angry and await my order. In the mean time I am warning others…… BUY ELSEWHERE

The 3d floral print is nothing like what was seen on their website and No, it was not a matter of computer monitors altering the image. Had I known it was that bad, I would have never ordered. No response to calls, No live Chat. I hope this one trick pony rides off into oblivion.
Whom ever left the above review must have received free items! No where on the internet can I find any positive reviews that indicate a scam. Just wish I had known before I ordered my sons Xmas present!

I received my item damaged and simply asked for full return of my money and got the most annoying emails from this company that is driving me crazy, and still no response for my refund.I’m told there will be an investigation of the carrier but, ok if that’ll work.

I tried to be patient like they repeatedly to me to in 5 or 6 e -mails but I just kept getting lies sent to me so I would eventually get tired but, I will give my advice to as many websites as possible so I can warn good people not to get burned by these guys.

I ordered a beautiful shower curtain with beautiful blue colored butterflies and really pretty blues on it. Well the picture I ordered was not the same as the picture … the colors were aqua blue, not the blues in the pic. Just bumbed . No more ordering from Beddinginn.com.
Update to May 22 review: Company, without my agreement paid back 1/2 the cost, asking that I update my review. I reply emailed that I did not want the curtain, and wanted all the money back. They said that once I had ‘deleted’ my review, they would refund the other half.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY! Ordered and paid over $300.00 for 3 Christmas bedding sets as gifts at the very beginning of December and as of today, the day AFTER Christmas, still have not received anything. I got an email this morning telling me my order had shipped and gave me a tracking number for SF Express–the number ‘wasn’t found’ and the number to call was in CHINA! Two hours later I received an email ‘Shipping Delay Notice Bedding Inn’. Next step, fill a complaint with PayPal unless I receive a trackable package number and can confirm my order HAS been shipped. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY–TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. They have ruined our Christmas this year.

I ordered 3 pair of curtains back in Nov 2018 and paid $350. My order was not processed until first week of Dec 2018 I received my order by mid of Dec 2018. But I was very disappointed to see what I received. They sent me matching sheer instead of curtain – this sheer I have never ordered. I also wanted to mentioned that the quality of the sheer I received is very poor the hanging loop they are putting are made of plastic with golden color polish, that I am sure the polish will ware out very soon.
I contacted them right away -mid Dce 2018- about this mistake and they started pushing me to keep the stuff and told me they will give $60 discount if I keep the sheer- now if I do not have the same kind of curtain and top of it I do not need the sheer why I should I keep it.
Now I have many back and forth emails with them until today , requesting them to refund my money with return cost. They keep saying that this is the company policy that customer is responsible for return cost. I will be happily bear refund cost if I had received the correct item and I am returning that stuff at my will. They are not justified what they offer and what they charge.
Very frustrating customer service and very bad experience . DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They are scam and criminal.

Scam site from China. Their address shows United States. Took your money quickly.
Bedding Inn is a fraud. We got their Galaxy bedding set for our kid. At the time of purchase the description of the material was “Cotton 100%” (exactly what we were looking for). When the set arrived, there was no way to check what it was made of: none of the four pieces of their bedding set had information about it’s quality. There was no a tag or label stating what the material was. All of the info we got was in Chinese – in very small print on a slim strip of paper! But the material was definitely not cotton!
We contacted Bedding Inn customer Service. They sent us a screenshot of the information on the quality of the set (“Tencel Cotton”) that did not resemble the information we read right before purchasing the item (Cotton 100%). If we knew that it was made of tencel, we would have never bought it.
Moreover, there is no indication on their website that the Bedding Inn is a Chinese company and the product they sell is being made and shipped from China, which makes returns so difficult and costly.
We think it is inappropriate to charge the customers for the return shipping after deliberately misinforming them about the quality of the products and neglecting to note from where it is shipped.
We made an attempt to return the set. We thoroughly packed it (in brand-new condition, unused and with the original packaging) and took to the post office, where we were told that the cheapest way of shipping would cost $70 – as much as we paid for the set (plus $30 of the delivery cost that we also paid)!!!
In the circumstances that the Bedding Inn puts its customers, we see only one way of proceeding: we are determined to defend our rights as customers for respect and fair trade. We consider it our duty to inform buyers and online companies (such as Amazon, through which Bedding Inn also sells its product) about the misleading and dishonest ways in which Bedding Inn runs its business.
BEDDINGINN is A TOTAL SCAM!
This is a scam company. They claim the make car seats covers according to the car model but they don’t . A complete lie. I received the order and tried on.
Toyota Highlander is a 3 row seat car and in order to use the 3rd row you have to slide back and forth independently 2nd row seats.
Seat cover I received for the second row comes in 1 piece. How in hell I am going to install this and how am I going slide seats back and forth if the cover comes in one piece ? This is not a sedan. I email them and received a the option to keep the item for a $20 refund, funny.
After $220 I paid they think I will keep covers that can not be used, are you kidding me ?
Now be a ware, I received the covers in 2-3 day from new York. I put a claim with PayPal because I see no use to deal with them.
Return shipping address they have China address, so I end up paying $90 shipping back and thank God they made it so I received the refund, but not shipping back.
If item is lost on the way you loose both item money and shipping.
Very bad experience dealing with this company.
As i said a complete SCAM company.

This company is a scam. I bought a comforter from them and it came looking a dull, dingy, yellow color instead of pale cream. The blanket shed all over my clothes and bedroom so I boxed it up and sent it back immediately. They will not give me my refund. They accused me of spraying perfume on their comforter so they will only refund $45. I paid $125 + $35 to send it back so they made money off of me and I lost a net of $110 on a comforter I don’t even have. They are thieves and I would NEVER do business with them.
