First and this is standard is all tickets sales are final, which means no refunds or exchanges. The only time you can get a refund for your order is if your event is canceled and not rescheduled.
One is some orders will only allow certain delivery options. Some venues, like the one below, will provide your tickets via mail, which will cost $15 for standard delivery. You can also, choose Express Delivery for $25.
Another delivery option, like below, is eTicket that’s sent to you via email. You then need to print out your eTicket on just regular paper and this will be your ticket stub to get into your event.
Another thing we noticed is contacting BoxOfficeTicketSales support team for inquiries was a little slow to respond via email.
People that are in need of some of their questions to be answered may have a difficult time doing so as they don’t seem to provide an FAQ’s page.
There also doesn’t seem to be live chat available anywhere on BoxOfficeTicketSales.com website.

They show they have great reviews, but ironically do provide the option for anyone to actually leave a review. I purchased a ticket from them- never recieved it. Call the ph# on the receipt and was advised they deal with problems from tickets purchased over the phone. I’ve sent to emails- still nothing. STAY AWAY!
This is a total scam operation. Tickets for the event can be bought from the venue directly for $25 each, general admission. This company charges from $59 to $200 for the same tickets and falsely advertises specific rows for different priced tickets. There are no rows at this venue. All seats are general admission, first come, first choice of seats. Also, this venue requires you bring your credit card used to purchase seats, and matches your card with the tickets presented. I took my tickets to the venue because my name was not on the tickets, some other name of a person I don’t know purchased the tickets for the standard venue price of $25 each, after I purchased them from this company for $59 each, plus service fees of $18 each and a delivery charge of $8.95 for both tickets. Total charge $162.95. I went to the venue and the same tickets were sold to this company AFTER I ordered them online for $25 each. The venue also advised me that these tickets would not be honored as my name was not on them, and my credit card does not match the card that purchased the tickets from the venue. This company simply got my order, charged me $162.95 for two tickets, then ordered tickets from the venue directly for $25 each using somebody else’s name and credit card.
boxofficeticketssales.com is a total scram! March 4, 2020, wife purchased two tickets at a cost of $119 per ticket to a 03/05/2020 event. I purchased tickets to the same event on the same day for $22 each for the seats They falsely represented the website without permission which is a federal offense. I asked for a refund and they said tough luck. I notified the event owners who were outraged over this false representation. The false website has been removed. The credit card company refunded our money.
